●Rock salt - 25 grams • Roasted celery - 60 grams • Dry ginger powder - 60 grams • Big myrobalan - 150 grams This combination has been traditionally used for gas, indigestion, constipation, and gas-related disorders. ●Method of Preparation Dry all the above ingredients thoroughly and grind them into a fine powder in a clean grinder. Store the powder in a dry, glass bottle. ●How to consume: • Half to one teaspoon with buttermilk in the summer. It is considered more appropriate to take it half or three-quarters of an hour before or after meals. ●Amruthotharam Kwath Table 1 tab 2 times a day before food. ●Chiruvilwadi Kwath Tablet 2 tab at bed time. ●Avipattikar Churna 2 teaspoon 2 times a day after food. ●Kutajarishta 20ml in morning empty stomach.

Your symptoms suggest Agnimandya (low digestive fire) with Ama (toxin accumulation) and mild Vata imbalance in the intestines. 1. Improve Agni (digestion) Take fresh ginger + a pinch of rock salt before meals Drink warm water throughout the day (avoid cold water) Use jeera + ajwain + saunf boiled water after meals 2. Clear incomplete bowel (Vata regulation) Take Triphala churna 1 tsp at bedtime with warm water Or mild castor oil (5–10 drops) in warm milk once or twice weekly (if suitable) 3. Restore appetite Use Hing + black pepper + lemon before meals Prefer light, warm, easily digestible foods (khichdi, soups) 4. Diet & lifestyle Avoid spicy, fried, heavy, and packaged foods Eat at fixed times, do not skip meals Gentle walk after meals + reduce stress

Based on your clinical background and the specific symptoms described—incomplete evacuation (Malabaddhata), lack of appetite (Agnimandya), and fatigue—this presentation suggests a state of Ama (metabolic toxins) and a Vata-Pitta imbalance, likely triggered by your sensitivity to spicy foods. I have prescribed the medication for you take them consistently and you will se results soon in 2-3 weeks , it will take time because ayurveda works on root cause . ✅ The “Dos” • Warm Water: Drink only lukewarm water throughout the day to support Agni. • Ginger & Lemon: A small slice of fresh ginger with a pinch of rock salt 15 minutes before lunch can jumpstart your appetite. • Fiber-Rich, Soft Foods: go for Moong Dal Khichdi, steamed vegetables, and papaya. • Timed Meals: Eat only when you feel a genuine “true hunger” to avoid further toxin buildup. ❌ The “Don’ts” • Avoid Spicy & Fried Foods: As you’ve noted these are triggers, they will further aggravate the Pitta and dry out the colon. • Avoid refrigerated water and heavy dairy (especially curd at night), as these increase Kapha and dampen the digestive fire. • Avoid Suppressing Urges:, as this leads to chronic Vata vitiation in the lower colon. • Sleeping during the day can slow down your metabolism and worsen the lack of appetite. So no day sleep

Your symptoms of daily but incomplete bowel movements, severe loss of appetite and extreme fatigue are classic signs of suppressed digestive fire complicated by metabolic toxins. Because you have a history of bacterial stomach infections, your intestinal lining has become hypersensitive (which is why spicy foods now trigger you) and weak. In Ayurveda, this is known as Grahani Dushti (post-infectious gut dysfunction). The colon is currently failing to efficiently push waste out and the resulting stagnant toxins are blocking your nutrient absorption, which is directly causing your fatigue. ✓Ayurvedic Prescription 1. Mustarishta Dosage: 15 ml mixed with 15 ml of normal water. Time: Twice daily, 15 minutes after meals. 2. Gandharvahastadi Kashayam Dosage: 15 ml mixed with 15 ml of warm water. Time: Twice daily, on an empty stomach (30 minutes before meals). 3. Kamadudha Ras (Plain) Dosage: 1 tablet twice daily. Time: To be taken alongside the Kashayam before meals. ✓Crucial Dietary Rules (To Restore Hunger) 1. Stop Forcing Food: Since your appetite is very low, do not force yourself to eat heavy, full meals. Your digestive fire is like a tiny spark right now; eating heavy solid food will completely extinguish it. 2. Shift your dinners entirely to Manda or Peya (very thin, heavily diluted green gram/mung bean soup) tempered with a pinch of roasted cumin, coriander, and rock salt, but strictly no chilies. This requires zero digestive effort, provides immediate energy to combat your fatigue, and will slowly reignite your natural, physiological hunger. Regards Dr Gursimran Jeet Singh MD Panchakarma

Your symptoms suggest low digestive fire (Mandagni) + incomplete bowel clearance (Apakwa mala), likely triggered by past infection + current gut imbalance. This is usually reversible with proper correction. What is happening: Weak digestion → food not properly digested → low appetite + heaviness → incomplete bowel movement What to do immediately: Morning routine: 1–2 glasses warm water after waking Do not suppress urge Before meals (very helpful): Small piece of ginger + pinch of rock salt (Improves appetite and digestion) Diet (very important): Eat light, warm food Khichdi, moong dal, rice, cooked vegetables Avoid: Spicy, fried, bakery, cold food After meals: Jeera + saunf (fennel) chew Ayurvedic medicines: Chitrakadi vati – 1 tablet twice daily before meals Avipattikar churna – 1 tsp at bedtime with warm water Takra (buttermilk) with roasted jeera in lunch Duration: Follow for 2–3 weeks Important: Do not overeat when appetite is low Eat only when you feel slight hunger When to be careful: If symptoms persist >3–4 weeks, or weight loss/fever occurs → further evaluation needed This condition usually improves well with Agni correction + simple diet discipline. Take care and feel free to contact me anytime for any of your health needs.

Hello, It sounds like you’re dealing with Agni-mandya (weak digestive fire) and Vibandha (constipation), which often leads to that “incomplete” feeling and a drop in appetite. Since you have a history of bacterial infections, we need to focus on clearing toxins (Ama) and restoring bowel motility. Ayurvedic Medicine & Dosage 1. Abhayarishtam: Yeh digestion improve karne aur bowel clear karne ke liye best hai. Dose: 20ml medicine ko equal quantity (20ml) halke gungune pani ke saath mix karke lunch aur dinner ke baad lein. 2. Hinguvachadi Gulika: Isse bloating kam hogi aur bhook (appetite) khulegi. Dose: 1 tablet din mein do baar, khane se 30 minutes pehle gungune pani ke saath chaba kar ya nigal kar lein. 3. Gandharvahastadi Castor Oil: Agar subah pet saaf nahi hota, toh ise raat ko lein. Dose: 1 se 2 teaspoon ek cup garam doodh ya pani mein milakar sote waqt lein (sirf zarurat padne par). Din bhar sirf gunguna pani (Luke-warm water) piyein. Khichdi, moong dal soup, aur papita (papaya) diet mein shamil karein. Heavy, thanda, aur oily khana avoid karein. Khane se pehle ek chota tukda adrak (ginger) namak ke saath chabayein, isse appetite badhegi.
