नमस्ते, आपको जो लक्षण महसूस हो रहे हैं, वे सबसे अधिक संभावना है कि आपके बढ़े हुए सोडियम (नमक) के सेवन के कारण हैं। इसलिए, अपने नमक के सेवन को कम करना ही सबसे अच्छा उपाय है। साथ ही, प्रोसेस्ड फूड, पैकेटबंद खाद्य पदार्थ, संरक्षित (प्रिजर्व्ड) खाद्य पदार्थों आदि का सेवन बंद कर दें।
अपने बीपी (BP) की नियमित रूप से निगरानी करें, और रात को सोने से कम से कम 3 घंटे पहले भोजन करें। सोते समय अपने सिर और पैरों के नीचे तकिए का उपयोग करें।
यदि इन निर्देशों का पालन करने के बाद भी 2-3 दिनों के बाद लक्षण बने रहते हैं, तो हमें आगे के ब्लड टेस्ट करवाने होंगे, जिनमें CBC, ESR, TSH, रीनल फंक्शन टेस्ट (किडनी), लिवर फंक्शन टेस्ट, FBS और CRP शामिल हैं।
यदि आपको पहले से ही मधुमेह (डायबिटीज), कोलेस्ट्रॉल या उच्च रक्तचाप (हाइपरटेंशन) जैसी कोई स्थिति है, या सूजन में “पिटिंग” दिखाई देती है (अर्थात, सूजन वाली जगह पर उंगली से दबाने पर वह कुछ सेकंड तक गड्ढे की तरह बनी रहती है), तो तुरंत ये टेस्ट करवाएं।
पानी का सेवन बढ़ाएं। बताई गई दवा को निर्धारित खुराक में लेने से भी सूजन कम होगी और पेशाब का उत्पादन बढ़ेगा, जिससे सोडियम को अधिक प्रभावी ढंग से बाहर निकालने में मदद मिलेगी।

Subah face, haath aur pairon par swelling ka Ayurvedic perspective se main reason hota hai Kapha dosha aur jal (fluid) ka imbalance.
Zyada namak (salt) ka sevan → body me paani rukta hai
Kapha vriddhi → heaviness, puffiness especially morning me
Mandagni (weak digestion) → ama (toxins) bante hain jo channels block karte hain
Raat ko heavy ya late khana → fluid retention badhata hai
Raat bhar body rest mode me hoti hai, toh Kapha + fluid accumulation subah swelling ke roop me dikhta hai.
Namak kam karein (especially raat ko)
Subah garam pani + thoda sa jeera ya dhania pani
Hlka warm water sip-sip din bhar
Raat ka khana halka aur jaldi (7–8 pm)
Punarnava, Gokshura jaise herbs (mild diuretic, Kapha reducing)
Halki morning walk / sweating to reduce fluid accumulation
Agar swelling 1 week se zyada rahe, ya saath me BP, kidney ya thyroid symptoms aayein, toh proper check-up zaroor karayein.
Ye condition filhaal mild lag rahi hai aur diet correction se theek ho sakti hai.
