Your symptoms are suggestive of Grahani (IBS-D type), where digestion and bowel function are disturbed along with aggravated Vata and Pitta. The medicines like Kutajarishta and Vilwadi Gulika help to improve digestion, reduce loose motions, gas, and abdominal discomfort. Usually, these medicines are given for about 3–6 weeks initially, and response is reviewed. Duration may be adjusted based on improvement. Along with medicine, diet regulation, stress control, and proper sleep are very important for good results. –Medicines 1) Kutajarishta Dose: 15 ml + equal water Timing: Twice daily after food 2)Vilwadi Gulika Dose: 2 tablets Timing: Morning & Night after food 3) Arogyavardhini Vati (if mild digestive weakness / irregular bowel) Dose: 1 tablet Timing: Twice daily after food —Duration 3–4 weeks initially Review after 2 weeks for response —Anupana Warm water after medicines —Pathya (Diet advice) Light, easily digestible food (moong dal, rice, khichdi) Avoid spicy, fried, sour foods Avoid milk if it worsens symptoms Curd only if freshly prepared and well tolerated Take food at regular timings —Apathya Cold drinks, bakery items, fermented heavy food Excess tea/coffee Stress, irregular sleep, late-night eating ----If stool frequency reduces and consistency improves → continue same plan If no improvement in 2–3 weeks → reassess diagnosis and modify line of treatment
