Hi, what is the best supplement to treat a stubborn external hemorrhoid that takes weeks to heal? There is no bleeding and it just takes 1 day of mild constipation to trigger it and even when regular high fiber movements resume the swelling and pain will continue for 1-2 months before it heals. In the past I took 2-4 pills over 1-2 days that healed them immediately. I am not sure if it contained high concentrations of suran and/or nagkesar? I have a good balanced diet with normal bowel movements and no constipation. Just need full recovery from swelling and associated pain. Thank you in advance!
