This condition is called Vipadika in Ayurveda. Taking alone patolakaturohinyadi is not enough in this condition. Avoid food that triggers the condition. Thank you for reply Doctor, I had also tried this medicine for 1 month and ate only boiled food, but I did not see any improvement. I also have Grade 2 fatty liver and a duodenal ulcer.

Doctor, I consulted a doctor one week ago by paying 700 rupees, but I was prescribed only Avipathi Choornam and Patolakaturohiniyadi Kashayam. You mentioned that this may not be the right treatment. I have already consulted 12–13 doctors across South India, including in Udupi, Mangalore, Hubli, Mysore, and Bangalore, but I still have not seen any improvement. At this point, I am really confused and don’t understand what to do next.

Palmo-plantar psoriasis with cracks usually takes 4–8 weeks for visible improvement. One week is too early to judge response. Take Mahatiktaka Ghrita 1 tsp with warm water or milk twice daily after food Khadirarishta 20 ml + equal water twice daily after food Kaishora Guggulu 2 tablets twice daily after food Continue Avipattikar Churna 1 tsp at bedtime if constipation or excess heat present External: Apply pure coconut oil + small amount of ghee 3–4 times daily At night apply thick layer and wear cotton socks/gloves Avoid frequent soap, detergent, hot water Diet Avoid curd, sour foods, bakery items, seafood, chicken, alcohol Reduce sugar and very spicy foods Take warm water, neem leaves small quantity, bitter vegetables
