Burning sensation occurs after morning bowel movement and feeling of going again have to go in the evening sometime so disturbing what should I do give advice and medicine in tablet

Kamdhudha ras 250mg Prawal pisti 250mg Mukta sukti 250mg Yastimadhu churn 10gm Avipatikar churn 10gm All of this mix well and take 1/2 tsf bd with normal water after food 2. Kutajghan vati 1-0-1 after food with normal water Add buttermilk in your diet after food in lunch… Eat more leaf vegetable and more fiber rich diet… Avoid heavy item chana rajma …oily food Street food spicy and sour food
Should I take triphala or triphala guggulu
Triphala or triphala guggulu is using if you have harder stool like in a constipation… If your stool loose or smooth and soft but again and again urges so take kutajghan vati because kutaj is used for binding a stool
There is only feeling of going again but not easily happened like morning and not any loose motions sometime soft and sometimes hard
U have any urges after food during in lunch…?
No not that kind of urge

Guggulu is long time to digest…so normal triphala is good for your gut…
Avoid oily spicy and processed foods. Regular exercise and meditation. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. tab. Yashtimadhu 2-0-2 Erandbhrushta haritaki 0-0-1 With lukewarm water at bedtime. Follow up after 1 week.
