Aapka triglyceride ~3000 bahut high hai, isse pancreatitis ka risk hota hai, isliye isko urgent control karna zaroori hai. Ayurveda treatment supportive rahega; allopathic physician/endocrinologist ki treatment parallel chalani chahiye. —Rx — 30 days 1) Tab Arogyavardhini Vati 1 tab BD after food with lukewarm water. 2) Tab Triphala Guggulu 1 tab OD after breakfast with lukewarm water. 3) Tab Livorite Zandu 1 tab BD after food. Yakrit-Pitta support, digestion and liver-metabolic support. 4) Tab Pathrina( vaidyanath) 1 tab BD after food with lukewarm water. 5) Kumaryasava 15 ml + 15 ml water BD after food. 6) Avipattikar Churna 3 g HS with lukewarm water. —Pathya Strict low-fat diet: avoid ghee, butter, fried/oily food, cream, fast food. Avoid sugar, sweets, jaggery, fruit juice, cold drinks, bakery, maida, alcohol. Take light food: moong dal, lauki/tori/tinda, steamed vegetables, phulka without ghee, warm water. Small frequent meals; avoid overeating and late-night food. —Advice Repeat fasting lipid profile after 3–4 weeks. Check LFT, KFT, HbA1c, TSH, serum amylase/lipase. If severe abdominal pain, vomiting, fever, jaundice, pain radiating to back/shoulder → urgent hospital referral.

Gallbladder stones and very high triglycerides can both be managed in Ayurveda with proper diet correction, Agni improvement, liver support, and Kapha-Meda balancing therapy. However, triglycerides around 3000 mg/dL are extremely high and may increase the risk of acute pancreatitis. From an Ayurvedic perspective, this condition is mainly related to Kapha aggravation, Meda Dhatu imbalance, impaired liver–gallbladder function, and Ama accumulation. Ayurvedic Approach For Gallbladder Stones (Pittashmari) Ayurveda aims to: Improve bile flow Reduce sludge and stone formation tendency Correct digestion and fat metabolism Reduce inflammation and nausea Commonly used Ayurvedic medicines Arogyavardhini Vati Varunadi Kashayam Punarnavadi Kashayam Katuki preparations Triphala Bhumi Amla If pain is mild and there is no blockage, infection, fever, or jaundice, Ayurvedic management may help control symptoms and slow progression. For High Triglycerides Triglycerides of 3000 indicate severe Meda Dushti and metabolic imbalance. Ayurveda focuses on: Improving liver metabolism Reducing excess fat accumulation Enhancing digestion and circulation Helpful medicines often include: Medohar Guggulu Triphala Guggulu Lasuna (Garlic) Arjuna Guduchi Musta Diet & Lifestyle (Very Important) Avoid: Fried foods Cheese, butter, cream Red meat Sugary foods and sweets Bakery items Alcohol completely Heavy dinner and late-night eating Prefer: Warm water throughout the day Light meals Moong dal, vegetables, lauki, tori, karela Barley, millet, old rice Garlic, turmeric, ginger in moderation Small frequent meals Daily Routine Walk 30–45 minutes daily Avoid prolonged sitting Maintain healthy body weight Sleep on time Practice gentle yoga and pranayama

••In Ayurveda, gallbladder stones are understood as Pitta-Ashmari (calculi formed due to the vitiation of Pitta and Kapha blocking the Abaaddham Pitta or bile flow). ••High triglycerides closely mirror Medoroga (hyperlipidemia/lipid metabolic disorder), fundamentally driven by Mandagni (weak metabolic/digestive fire) leading to the accumulation of Ama (toxic metabolic byproducts) and subsequent Srotorodha (channels blockage). 1.Arogyavardhini Vati: Action: Excellent Yakrut-uttejaka (liver stimulant) and Medohara (fat reducer). The presence of Katuki stimulates bile secretion and rapidly flushes out excess lipids. Dosage: 1–0-1 tablets twice a day after meals with lukewarm water. 2. Lasunadi Vati: 1-0-1 after food with normal water ••Action: Garlic is highly Katu-Tikta and Ushna Virya, which effectively cuts down cholesterol and triglycerides while strengthening Agni. 3.Varunadi Kwath: Action: Varuna (Crataeva nurvala) is a premier lithotriptic herb. It helps reduce the size of the stones and prevents bile stasis. Dosage: 15–20 ml with an equal quantity of lukewarm water, taken on an empty stomach in the morning and evening. 4.Hazrul Yahood Bhasma Action: A classical Ashmari-bhedana (stone-dissolving) formulation. Dosage: 250 mg twice a day, mixed with honey. •••To effectively lower a triglyceride count of around 3,000 mg/dL, aggressive dietary intervention is mandatory alongside herbomineral therapy. ••Strict Avoidance (Pathya-Apathya): Completely halt the intake of Guru (heavy), Snigdha (unctuous/fatty), and Abhishyandi (clogging) foods. Eliminate refined carbohydrates, bakery products, deep-fried items, dairy (except buttermilk), and alcohol immediately ••Exercise: Daily Pranayama (specifically Kapalbhati and Anulom Vilom to boost cellular metabolism) and brisk walking for 45 minutes to enhance Medo-dhatu metabolism.

Hello, Gallbladder stones + triglycerides around 3000 mg/dL is very important combination and should be taken seriously Triglycerides this high are NOT just a cholestrol issue They significantly increase risk of -pancreatitis (danerous pancreas inflammation) -fatty liver -cardiovascular disease -worsening gallbladder problems Ayurveda can support management, but with triglycerides near 3000 it is necessary to consult In Ayurveda, This usually reflects -medo dhatu dushti (fat metabolism disorder) -kapha accumulation -ama formation (metabolic toxins) -disturbed pitta in liver/gallbladder pathways Gall stones form when -bile becomes thick/sluggish -fat metabolism is impaired -inflammation + stagnation persist Important about gallstones Ayurveda may help -reduce symptoms -improve bile flow -reduce inflammation -reduce recurrence tendency But -larger stones usually do not melt away reliably Surgery may still become necessary if -severe pain attacks -fever -jaundice -vomiting -pancreatitis -blocked bile duct Ocuur Main treatment goals -improve liver and bile metabolism -reduce triglycerides aggressively -reduce gallbladder irritation -prevent stone complications -improve digestion without overloading fats Internal medications 1) Arogyavardhini vatii= 1 tab twice daily after meals =liver support, fat metabolism, helps sluggish bile flow 2) Triphala guggulu= 2 tabs twice daily after meals = supports lipid metabolism, helps kapha meda imbalance, mild detox support 3) Bhumyamalaki capsule= 1 cap twice daily after meals =supports liver function, useful alongside high triglycerides 4) Punarnanva mandur= 1 tab twice daily after meals =supports metablism + liver circulation Most important= Diet with triglycerides around 3000 -diet correction is absolutely essential Strictly Avoid sugar and refined carbs- This is the bigges trigger Avoid -sweets -juices -bakery foods -biscuits -white rice excess -sugary tea, coffee -cold drinks -alcohol completely Alcohol + very high triglycerides can be dangerous Reduce -fried food -heavy oils -excess red meat -processed meals Best foods -steamed vegetables -moong dal -oats -barley -garlic -warm cooked meals -small frequent meals Helpful home remedies Morning -warm water + lemon + pinch of dry giner =supports digestion and bile flow gently Garlic 1 small clove with food if tolerated =helpful for lipid metabolism Lifestyle Very important -daily walking minimum 40 mins Even if diet is good -sedentary lifestyle worsens triglycerides dramatically Expected improvement 6-8 weeks -lighter digestion -less bloating/nausea 3-6 months -triglycerides may improve significantly with strict lifestyle + medicines Your triglycerides are actually the more urgent issue right now than the mild gallstone pain Ayurveda can help best when combined with -strict dietary correction -liver metabolism support -regular monitoring -weight/metabolic management –not by trying to dissolve stones alone Do follow Hope this might be helpful Thank you

Ayurveda can help support digestion, bile flow, and cholesterol balance, especially when stones are small and symptoms are mild. But very high triglycerides around 3000 need serious attention, as they can increase the risk of pancreatitis and heart problems. Avoid oily, fried, sugary, heavy foods, alcohol, and late-night eating completely. Eat light, warm meals and continue regular physical activity. Arogyavardhini vati – 1 tablet twice daily before food Punarnavadi kwath – 15 ml with equal water twice daily Triphala Guggulu – 1 tablet twice daily after food Garlic capsule – 1 daily after food Regular lipid monitoring is important. If pain becomes severe, fever develops, or vomiting increases, surgical evaluation should not be delayed. Regards, Dr Raghuveer (Ayurvedacharya)
