Mere pure sharir mein जकड़न और दर्द महसूस होता है काम करने की इच्छा नहीं करता है सर दर्द लगता है लगभग पूरे शरीर और सर दर्द तीन से चार साल से परेशान हूं बार-बार बीपी लो हो जाना लेकिन जब से pan मैजिक कैप्सूल ले रहा हु तब से ठीक रह रहा है सुबह 10:00 खाना खाने के बाद एक टैबलेट लेता हूं मैं जाना चाहता हूं कि इसे दिन तक लिया जा सकता है

Ayurveda ke hisab se yeh Vata vriddhi + apach/agnimandya + stress ki wajah se ho sakta hai. Pan Magic capsule se relief hai to bhi ise lambe samay tak bina salah ke daily na lein—15–30 din baad review karna zaroori hai. BP low rehta hai to BP monitor karein aur basic tests karwa lein. —Rx: 1) Dashmoolarishta 15 ml + 15 ml पानी, भोजन के बाद दिन में 2 बार। 2) Ashwagandha churna 3 gm रात को गुनगुने दूध/पानी से। 3) Maharasnadi kwath 20 ml सुबह-शाम खाली पेट/भोजन से पहले। 4) Avipattikar churna 3 gm रात को, अगर acidity/indigestion हो। —Abhyanga: Mahanarayan tail / Bala tail से हल्की मालिश, फिर गुनगुना स्नान। ----Pan Magic capsule: Relief मिल रहा है तो 15–30 दिन से ज्यादा बिना review के न लें। Composition देखकर ही आगे continue करें। —Pathya: गुनगुना पानी, समय पर भोजन, मूंग दाल/खिचड़ी, घी की थोड़ी मात्रा, पर्याप्त नींद। —Apathya: ठंडी चीजें, fasting, देर रात जागना, तला-भुना, अधिक चाय-कॉफी, stress. —Investigations advised: BP chart, CBC, Vit-D, B12, Thyroid, Sugar, ESR/CRP, LFT/KFT. –Follow-up: 15 दिन बाद.

लगातार शरीर में जकड़न, दर्द, सिरदर्द, कमजोरी और BP लो रहना लंबे समय से हो तो केवल capsule पर निर्भर न रहें। CBC, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, Thyroid, Hb और BP evaluation कराना अच्छा रहेगा। Pan Magic capsule लंबे समय तक बिना doctor supervision लगातार लेना उचित नहीं माना जाता, खासकर यदि उसमें stimulant या painkiller components हों। सामान्यतः 6–8 सप्ताह से ज्यादा self-use avoid करें। Take Ashwagandha Churna 3 gm सुबह-शाम दूध के साथ Mahayograj Guggulu 2 गोली दिन में 2 बार भोजन बाद Draksharishta 15 ml बराबर पानी मिलाकर दोपहर और रात भोजन बाद दशमूल तेल या महास्नायु तेल से रोज शरीर पर हल्की मालिश करें Diet पर्याप्त पानी, घी, मूंग दाल, खजूर, अनार लें देर रात जागना, ज्यादा चाय-कॉफी, खाली पेट रहना बंद करें

​1. ‘Pan Magic Capsule’ के बारे में एक महत्वपूर्ण व्यावहारिक पक्ष ​मार्केट में “Pan Magic” या इस तरह के मिलते-जुलते नामों से मिलने वाले कैप्सूल अक्सर पेटेंट या अनियंत्रित प्रोप्राइटरी आयुर्वेदिक औषधियों (या कभी-कभी अनधिकृत फॉर्मूलेशन) की श्रेणी में आते हैं। ​अघोषित घटक (Adulteration Risk): बहुत से ऐसे कैप्सूल जो क्रोनिक दर्द, जकड़न और कमजोरी में ‘जादुई’ या तुरंत आराम देते हैं, उनमें अक्सर स्टेरॉयड (जैसे Dexamethasone/Prednisolone) या भारी मात्रा में NSAIDs (Modern Painkillers) की मिलावट होने का खतरा रहता है। ​लक्षणों का दबना: यही कारण हो सकता है कि 3-4 साल पुराना दर्द और लो बीपी इसे लेते ही ठीक हो जाता है। स्टेरॉयड या तीव्र दर्दनाशक दवाएं बीपी को कृत्रिम रूप से बढ़ा देती हैं और जकड़न गायब कर देती हैं, लेकिन यह उपचार नहीं, सिर्फ लक्षणों को दबाना है। ​चिकित्सीय सलाह: इसे लंबे समय तक (Continuous) बिल्कुल नहीं लेना चाहिए। यदि आप इसे अचानक छोड़ेंगे, तो ‘विड्रॉल सिंड्रोम’ (Withdrawal Symptoms) के कारण दर्द और जकड़न बहुत अधिक बढ़ सकती है। इसलिए इसे धीरे-धीरे (Tapering dose में) कम करते हुए पूरी तरह बंद करना ही हितकर है। ​2. आपकी स्थिति के लिए सुरक्षित आयुर्वेदिक चिकित्सा योजना (Line of Treatment) ​एक सुरक्षित और स्थायी समाधान के लिए आपको शास्त्रीय (Classical) आयुर्वेदिक औषधियों की तरफ बढ़ना चाहिए: ​क) आम-पाचन और वात-शमन (For Stiffness & Pain) ​सिंहनाद गुग्गुल (Simhanada Guggulu): 2-2 गोली भोजन के बाद गुनगुने पानी या रास्नादि क्वाथ के साथ। यह ‘आम’ का पाचन भी करती है और जकड़न को दूर करती है। ​महावातविध्वंसन रस या एकांगवीर रस: 125 mg सुबह-शाम शहद या गुनगुने पानी के साथ। (यह तंत्रिका तंत्र/Nervous system को ताकत देगा और सिरदर्द में लाभ करेगा)। ​अमृतादि गुग्गुल या रास्ना सप्तक क्वाथ: वात-कफ जनित जकड़न को तोड़ने के लिए। ​ख) बल्य और रक्त-भार वर्धक (For Low BP & Weakness) ​अश्वगंधादि अवलेह या केंटकयादि अवलेह: 1-1 चम्मच सुबह-शाम दूध के साथ (यह एड्रेनल ग्लैंड्स को सपोर्ट करेगा और लो बीपी को स्वाभाविक रूप से ठीक करेगा)। ​द्राक्षासव या बलारिष्ट: 20 ml बराबर मात्रा में पानी मिलाकर भोजन के बाद लें। यह रस-रक्त धातु को बढ़ाकर कमजोरी और काम न करने की इच्छा (Fatigue) को दूर करेगा। ••एक योग्य चिकित्सक के रूप में, मेरा सुझाव रहेगा कि आप उस जादुई कैप्सूल पर निर्भरता को अगले 2 से 3 सप्ताह में धीरे-धीरे कम करके बंद करें (जैसे: एक दिन छोड़कर एक दिन लें, फिर दो दिन छोड़कर, और साथ में शास्त्रीय वात-पाचक औषधियां शुरू करें)। ​इसके अतिरिक्त, अपनी CBR (Complete Blood Count), Vitamin D3, Vitamin B12, और Serum Cortisol (Morning) की जांच अवश्य करवा लें, ताकि क्रोनिक थकान और लो बीपी का सटीक आधुनिक कारण भी स्पष्ट हो सके।

Your symptoms (3–4 years body stiffness + headaches + low BP episodes + indigestion) suggest a chronic Vata imbalance with possible BP and digestion instability, so treatment should not depend only on one capsule.
