Hello dear, H pylori test positive suggest infection in stomach leads to inflammation and small ulcers in stomach lining, which causes severe burning sensation. Take antibiotics course under the guidance of allopathy doctor. And side by side avoid too much spicy, oily, processed, staple, refrigerated food and refrigerated water, cold drinks. Chips etc items. Avoid irregular eating, full stomach eating or fasting for long time. Avoid late night dinner. If even after taking antibiotic course, burning sensation persists, Ayurved will definitely help you.
