Hello
It really appreciable that you are looking for natural ways to support your liver health
But i will advise you take some measures before starting it for 15 days
The herbs which you have mentioned are traditionally being used for liver conditions
However when it is used in concentrated form the preparation can become too potent
Possible Side effects
-It is very bitter and strongly potent
-Can reduce your appetite
-Can cause loose motions, acidity, cramps
-Aloe vera in excess quantity may irritate your intestines
My suggestion
-Start with 10 ml diluted well with warm water
-Start once a day after meal
And observe for any above mentioned side effects
If no issues you can continue it for 15 days
Important
Please also share your Ultrasound report to know at which stage is your fatty liver
So that we can see if only home remedies is sufficient or you need additional medications
Wishing you a good health 😊
Warm Regards

Doctors' responses
Your combination contains herbs traditionally used for liver support, especially Aloe vera, Turmeric, and Keezharnelli. But homemade concentrated decoctions can sometimes cause loose motions, stomach irritation, dehydration, or liver stress if dose is not suitable. 30 ml diluted with equal water once daily after food is safer Start with 10–15 ml for first 2–3 days Do not use continuously for long periods without supervision Avoid if you have diarrhea, low BP, pregnancy, severe acidity, kidney disease, or are taking liver medicines/alcohol regularly Kiriyath and Kadurohini are very bitter and strong; excess can reduce appetite and cause weakness Stop if you get Loose motions Burning stomach Vomiting Excess weakness Yellow eyes increase For fatty liver also focus on: Weight reduction No alcohol Less sugar/oily food Daily walking 30–45 min
The Proportions are Drastically Disproportional ••In classical Ayurveda, a formulation is balanced using specific ratios to ensure efficacy and prevent toxicity. Your recipe contains 596g of Aloe vera alongside highly potent, bitter herbs like Katuki (Kadurohiv) and Kiratatikta (Kiriyath). In traditional pharmaceutics (Bhaishajya Kalpana), fresh Aloe vera gel is rarely, if ever, boiled down in this manner for a daily Kwatha (decoction). ••This massive imbalance can overwhelm a liver that is already compromised by fatty infiltration. 2. High Risk of Hepatotoxicity and Organ Stress ••Concentration Effects: Boiling 1,000 grams (1 kg) of raw herbs down from 2 liters to 1 liter creates an incredibly dense, hyper-concentrated extract. ••The Herbs Involved: While Keezharnelli (Phyllanthus niruri), Kiriyath (Swertia chirata), and Katuki (Picrorhiza kurroa) are renowned liver-protecting herbs, they are highly potent cellular modulators. When taken in unstandardized, massive doses, they can cross the threshold from therapeutic to hepatotoxic (toxic to the liver). ••Aloe Vera Oxidation: Heating and heavily boiling fresh Aloe vera leaf pulp on a home stove can degrade its beneficial compounds and concentrate anthraquinones, which can cause severe abdominal cramping, diarrhea, and electrolyte imbalances. 3. Lack of Quality Control and Standardization ••Raw herbs gathered or purchased without proper pharmaceutical processing can contain high levels of heavy metals from the soil, microbial contamination, or modern pesticide residues. When you boil down a massive quantity of these unpurified herbs, you also concentrate these dangerous impurities. Licensed Ayurvedic liver medicines undergo strict purification (Shodhana) and laboratory testing to ensure they are safe for consumption. •Recommended Next Steps ••Discard the Batch: Please do not ingest the liquid you have prepared. Your liver is currently sensitive, and an unstandardized, highly concentrated bitter decoction could cause an acute spike in your liver enzymes (SGOT/SGPT). ••Consult a Professional: Fatty liver requires a customized treatment plan. An Ayurvedic physician will evaluate whether your condition is Kaphaja or Pittaja dominant and prescribe standard, safely manufactured formulations (such as Arogyavardhini Vati, Bhumiakingadi Kwath, or Pipali preparations) in precise, safe milligram dosages. Focus on Foundations: The most proven treatments for fatty liver are lifestyle-based. Prioritize a low-glycemic diet, eliminate processed sugars and deep-fried foods, and incorporate 30 minutes of daily brisk exercise, which naturally helps the liver clear stored fat.
