Weakness, vomiting, diarrhea, fever, and jaundice after taking any medicine can be serious and may indicate liver injury or infection. Stop the Riyansh medicine immediately and consult a doctor or go to a hospital urgently for liver function tests and bilirubin check. Drink ORS, coconut water, rice kanji, and warm water frequently Avoid alcohol, oily food, spicy food, and self-medication Take light diet: moong dal soup, rice, pomegranate Take Kutki churna 500 mg twice daily with warm water after food Guduchi tablet 500 mg twice daily after food Arogyavardhini Vati 1 tablet twice daily

Aapko Riyansh medicine lene ke baad jo vomiting, diarrhea, fever, weakness aur jaundice hua hai, wo Pitta prakop aur yakrit (liver) dushti ka sanket ho sakta hai. ----Filhal medicine turant band karein aur dehydration se bachne ke liye ORS, nariyal pani aur halka bhojan lein. Yeh gambhir sthiti ho sakti hai, isliye turant physician/hospital se jaanch karwana avashyak hai. ----Rx: 1) Giloy Satva 250 mg BD with normal water 2) Kamdudha Ras 1 tab BD after meals 3) Kutaj Ghan Vati 2 tab TDS after meals for diarrhea 4) Avipattikar Churna 3 gm HS with lukewarm water ------ORS / coconut water frequently for hydration —Pathya: Moong dal khichdi, rice kanji, coconut water, pomegranate juice, adequate rest. —Apathya: Spicy, oily, fried food, alcohol, outside food, self-medication. —Advice: Riyansh medicine immediately stop karein. Jaundice + fever hone ki wajah se physician/hospital evaluation aur LFT test karwana zaruri hai.

Your symptoms — weakness, vomiting, diarrhea, fever, and jaundice after starting the medicine — may indicate a serious reaction or liver-related disturbance. Please stop the Riyansh medicine immediately and do not continue it without medical supervision. In Ayurveda, this condition can be related to aggravated Pitta and impaired liver function (Yakrit Dushti), which requires prompt attention. Immediate advice: • Maintain hydration with coconut water, rice kanji, ORS, or warm water in small frequent sips • Avoid oily, spicy, fried, and heavy foods completely • Take light food like moong dal soup, rice gruel, or pomegranate juice if tolerated • Complete rest is very important Supportive Ayurvedic remedies often used for liver support: • Kutki • Bhumyamalaki • Guduchi • Arogyavardhini Vati Because jaundice with fever and vomiting can become serious, you should get liver function tests and consult a physician or visit a hospital as early as possible, especially if yellowing, weakness, dehydration, or fever is increasing.

Please stop taking the Riyansh medicine immediately. As an Ayurvedic professional, I must tell you clearly: the symptoms you are describing—jaundice (yellowing of eyes/skin), vomiting, diarrhea, fever, and severe weakness—are major red flags. This combination indicates potential acute hepatotoxicity (liver injury) or a severe systemic infection/reaction, which can quickly become life-threatening ••Immediate Action Plan 1. Seek Emergency Medical Care Safely Do not try to manage this at home with self-medication or home remedies. Go to a hospital or see a gastroenterologist/physician immediately. You need urgent Western medical diagnostics to evaluate your liver function. 2. Take the Medicine and Prescriptions With You ••Keep the exact Riyansh medicine bottle/pack with you when you visit the doctor. This will help the medical team identify the ingredients (such as heavy metals, specific herbs, or toxic compounds) that might have triggered this acute reaction. 3. Essential Diagnostic Tests to Request At the clinic or hospital, ensure they immediately run the following investigations: •LFT (Liver Function Test): To check your Bilirubin levels, SGOT, SGPT, and Alkaline Phosphatase. •CBC (Complete Blood Count): To evaluate the fever and look for infection signs. •Ultrasound (USG) of the Abdomen: To visualize the condition of your liver and gallbladder. ••Serum Electrolytes: Because vomiting and diarrhea can rapidly cause dangerous dehydration. ••Interim First-Aid Management (While getting to the hospital) ••Prevent Dehydration: Sip on ORS (Oral Rehydration Salts) or simple boiled, cooled water with a pinch of salt and a spoonful of sugar. This is vital to protect your kidneys from the fluid loss caused by vomiting and diarrhea. ••Absolute Bowel Rest: Do not force yourself to eat heavy meals. If you can tolerate fluids, stick to incredibly light things like Manda (clear rice water) or Moong Dal Yusha (watery green gram soup). Avoid all fats, ghee, and heavy foods, as your liver cannot process them right now. •••No Self-Medication: Do not take paracetamol for the fever or any over-the-counter anti-diarrheal pills without a doctor’s direct supervision, as many common drugs are processed by the liver and can worsen the damage

Your symptoms (vomiting + diarrhea + jaundice + fever + severe weakness after starting a medicine) need urgent medical evaluation. This could be a medicine reaction, liver involvement, infection, or dehydration. Do this now: Stop Riyansh medicine immediately Drink small sips of ORS/water if able Go to a hospital/doctor urgently today Tests usually needed: LFT (liver function), CBC, bilirubin, electrolytes Do not start Ayurvedic or home remedies right now, as jaundice with severe symptoms needs prompt assessment. Regards, Dr Raghuveer (Ayurvedacharya)

Your symptoms — vomiting, diarrhea, fever, weakness and jaundice after starting the medicine — are serious and should not be ignored. First, stop taking the Riyansh medicine immediately. These symptoms may indicate a strong reaction, infection, dehydration or possible liver involvement. Please seek urgent medical evaluation and get tests like: • Liver function test (LFT) • Bilirubin • CBC • SGOT/SGPT • Hydration and infection assessment Until then: • Drink small amounts of ORS, coconut water or plain fluids frequently • Avoid oily, spicy and heavy food • Take light foods like rice water or moong khichdi only if tolerated • Do not self-medicate further If jaundice increases, urine becomes dark, severe weakness develops or you cannot keep fluids down, go to a hospital immediately.

Hello, Your symptoms are potentially serious and urgent You mentioned after taking Riyansh medicine for 2 days you now have -weakness -vomiting -diarhea -fever -jaundice -poor fluid intake This could indicate -a severe drug reaction -acute liver injury/hepatits -food/drug poisoning -severe infection -dehydration Jaundice + vomiting + fever after starting a medicine should NOT be treated only with home remedies or Ayurvedic medicine Most important step = Stop the medicine Immediate stop the Riyansh medicine Do not continue it Please seek urgent medical today because -jaundice -dehydration -inability to eat/drink -weakness can become dangerous quickly You may need -liver tests -bilirubin -CBC -electrolytes -hepatitis evaluation -IV fluids Go to emergency care urgently if -yellow eyes worsenining -confusion -severe abdominal pain -blood in stool/vomit -reduced urination -excessive sleepiness -breathing difficulty Focus on hydration Sip slowly -ORS -coconut water -plain water -rice water small frequent sips only Foods prefer -khichdi -rice water -toast -banana Avoid -oily food -spicy food -alcohol -supplements -painkillers Do not self medicate with -liver detox kits -random herbal powders -multiple medicines together because your liver may already be stressed Seek urgent evaluation Do follow Hope this might be helpful Thank you
