A small amount of blood after stool, even 2 months after Kshar Sutra treatment, can sometimes occur due to incomplete healing of the treated area or passing hard stools. Since there is no pain and only minimal bleeding, it is usually not an emergency. Keep stools soft by drinking adequate water and eating fiber-rich foods. Avoid straining during bowel movements. Triphala tablet – 1–2 tablets at bedtime Abhayarishta – 15 ml with equal water after dinner Jatyadi ghrita local application if advised by your surgeon If bleeding increases, occurs daily, or you notice fresh blood in larger amounts, a follow-up examination with your Kshar Sutra surgeon is advisable.
