उत्तेजना के समय लिंग से थोड़ा चिपचिपा पारदर्शी द्रव निकलना अक्सर सामान्य प्री-इजैक्युलेट (pre-ejaculate) हो सकता है। यदि वीर्य बहुत जल्दी (लगभग 10 सेकंड में) निकल जाता है, तो यह शीघ्रपतन (premature ejaculation) हो सकता है. Take Ashwagandha Churna 5 ग्राम दूध के साथ रात में। Kaunch Beej Churna 3 ग्राम दिन में 2 बार। Shilajit 250–500 mg दिन में 1–2 बार भोजन के बाद। साथ में: पेल्विक फ्लोर (Kegel) व्यायाम करें। पर्याप्त नींद लें और तनाव कम करें।
