I have loose motion from last three days. Slight pain in write side of stomach, especially when I eat something. Please advice.

Rx Kutaj Ghan Vati – 2 tablets, three times daily after meals with lukewarm water. Bilwadi Churna – 3 grams, twice daily after meals with lukewarm water. For bloating, gas, and abdominal discomfort: Hingvashtak Churna – ½ teaspoon with the first morsel of food, twice daily. Diet Recommendations Take light, freshly prepared meals such as moong dal khichadi, rice gruel (kanji), vegetable soup, pomegranate, and boiled rice. Sip warm water throughout the day and maintain good hydration. Avoid fried foods, spicy foods, junk food, bakery items, cold drinks, excessive tea/coffee, and heavy meals until complete recovery. Lifestyle Advice Eat at regular intervals and avoid overeating. Take adequate rest and avoid daytime sleeping. Do not consume outside or stale food during recovery. With strict dietary care and the above Ayurvedic medicines, digestion usually stabilizes and bowel movements begin improving within a few days. Regular hydration and a light diet are as important as the medicines for faster recovery.

Dhanvantharam gulika 2----2----2 with a cup of jeera tea after each meal For 7 days. 3. Mustharishtam 15ml----15ml—15ml by adding equal water after each meal For 7 days. Diet- 1. Avoid all raw food including fruits for 7 days. 2. Consume home cooked food which is hot to warm. 3. Apple can be steamed and can be consumed two times a day. 4. Avoid milk and milk products(buttermilk is allowed) for 7 days. 5. If you are habituated to tea, do drink black tea with lemon in it.
