Experience:
5 years
Education:
Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram
Academic degree:
Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery
Area of specialization:
I am specialized in creating individualized Ayurvedic treatment plans that dont just stop at symptoms but go deeper into the actual root of the problem. I usually start with understanding a person’s prakriti, like their basic body constitution, and then compare with vikriti which means where the imbalances are right now. Sometimes its small lifestyle habits, other times its a bigger chronic issue that keeps showing again and again. My focus is on tailoring each treatment so it matches the patient’s real needs instead of just giving same set of medicine to everyone. I use classical ayurvedic formulations, diet therapy, detox like panchakarma when needed, and also practical day to day routines that people can follow without too much struggle. Many of my patients come with lifestyle disorders, digestion troubles, stress related conditions, and long standing chronic diseases, and I try to bring balance with both medicine and sustainable wellness choices. My aim is always to make care holistic, simple and effective, sometimes that mean small diet changes, other times more intense therapy.. depends on person really. I also like to educate patients, making them understand why a treatment is given and how small choices in food, sleep or exercise affect their health long term. Its not about quick fixes, more about balance and prevention for future too.
Achievements:
I am really into writing about Ayurveda and somehow along the way my essays got recognised with awards.. not once but multiple times. Honestly I never wrote for awards, more like I wanted to share what I see in practice and what classical texts still teach us today. Through these writings I try to mix my clinical learnings with simple language so that even non medical readers feel connected. Maybe that is why people value it, it feels real and not just dry theory. I still continue writing whenever I get chance, sometimes late night, because I believe spreading awareness is also part of healing.

I am a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) doctor, graduated from Government Ayurveda College in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. That was where I also worked as a house surgeon for about 6 months, learning the tough but very practical side of hospital based ayurvedic care. Those days taught me not only about clinical protocols but also about how patients really respond when theory meets reality, sometimes unexpected things too. After that, I went into private practice across Kerala for nearly 1.5 years. In those clinics, I handled a variety of cases, from small digestive issues to more chronic disorders. I used classical ayurvedic formulations and tried to combine it with personal lifestyle changes, like sleep, food habits, stress balance. Honestly, some patients struggled with compliance but many saw good improvemnt, which made me more confident about adapting treatment according to each prakriti rather than just repeating textbook lines. Later, I shifted to Guwahati, Assam and worked more than 2 years as Ayurvedic Medical Officer at Vivekananda Health Global. That role was slightly different, more integrative. I had to combine ayurvedic therapies with yoga, diet counseling and guide people with lifestyle disorders, especially diabetes, hypertension, arthritis, stress related concerns. Working there pushed me to understand how modern patients think — they expect both evidence and tradition. It made me refine my methods, less rigid, more practical. Right now I am working in Gurgaon, Haryana with Laiqa Wellness Pvt. Ltd. My focus is on personalized treatment, using prakriti analysis, dosha assessment, root cause diagnosis. Most of my cases involve chronic pain, metabolic issues, stress induced problems. I use panchakarma detox, diet counseling, herbal meds, even small routine adjustments. Sometimes simple things like sleep timing make huge change, but people don’t realise until guided properly. Across these years, I keep one principle – stay true to authentic ayurveda yet adapt it for modern needs. I don’t see Ayurveda as just herbs or massages, it’s a way of reorganizing lifestyle around balance. Educating patients became important for me, because when they understand why treatment matters, results last longer. I want my patients not just to recover but to sustain health in long term. I still feel like I am learning daily, every case adds something. My approach is holistic, evidence based, yet rooted in traditional wisdom. And yes, I do believe empowering patients is as important as giving medicine, otherwise healing stay half done.
