I am 23 years old. I have no appetite and I am underweight. I experience burning sensation during urination and a sticky discharge in my urine, which indicates gonorrhea. I also feel weak. What medicine should I take?

Burning urination + sticky/whitish discharge can suggest gonorrhea or another STI, but it cannot be confirmed without tests. 👉 Gonorrhea is a bacterial infection and requires antibiotics. 4. Ashwagandha Churna ½ tsp HS with warm milk
Advice Warm, light diet Avoid spicy food & alcohol Maintain genital hygiene STI testing and allopathic antibiotic treatment advised if gonorrhea suspected.
