The swelling under your eyes in the morning which reduces as the day progresses along with reduced sleep indicates fluid accumulation during the night and improper rest of the body when sleep is not adequate the body is not able to regulate circulation and fluid balance properly which leads to puffiness especially around the eyes this is commonly seen with disturbed sleep pattern stress and irregular daily routine Lack of proper sleep also affects the natural repair process of the body and increases strain on the system which further contributes to this issue over time mild water retention and reduced circulation can also be associated factors Improving sleep is very important try to go to bed at a fixed time every day avoid using mobile or screens at least one hour before sleep and keep the mind calm and relaxed before going to bed Before sleeping you can gently massage the soles of your feet with a few drops of warm Ksheerabala taila this helps in calming the nervous system and supports better sleep Avoid taking heavy meals late at night and reduce salt intake in the evening as it can contribute to morning swelling

Specially 6 hours before sleeping ❌ Reduce screen time… No screen in darkness and 1 hour before you sleep. ✔️ Drink a glass of buffalo milk daily before you sleep; it will help you get a sound sleep. ✔️ 100 steps after both meals are must. ✔️ Eat only home cooked food… Avoid outside food, packed and processed food. ✔️ Prefer natural liquids like fruit juice, coconut water, lemon juice, kokum sharbat over packed ones. 💊 Medication: 💊 Panchendriya Vardhan Tailam 2 drops in each nostril early in the morning empty stomach. Namaste, Subah uthne par aankhon ke neeche swelling (puffiness) aur din mein theek ho jana usually sleep disturbance + fluid retention se hota hai. Simple understanding: Kam neend se body mein fluid balance disturb hota hai, jis se morning puffiness hoti hai. Raat mein body horizontal rehti hai, isliye fluid face area mein collect ho jata hai. Poor sleep also affects circulation and metabolism. Simple measures that may help: Improve sleep timing and quality (fixed bedtime, 6–8 hrs sleep). Raat ko late eating aur excess salt avoid karein. Sone se pehle screen time kam karein. Subah aankhon par thande paani se wash ya cold compress karein. Drink adequate water during the day, but avoid excess just before sleep. Reduce stress and overthinking, as it affects sleep. If swelling sirf morning mein hai aur din mein theek ho jata hai, to usually serious problem nahi hota. Ayurvedic medicines that may support sleep and reduce puffiness include: Brahmi Vati – 1 tablet, after dinner Sarpagandha Vati – 1 tablet, at night These may help in improving sleep and calming the system.
