I'm 32 and on my head only white hairs are there approx 95% please suggest some diet or yoga or medicine that change my grey hair to proper black hairs Please help me Is it reversible Please help.

well for one we cant promise its reversal but we can try and help so for that i would advise you to avoid sour foods, do nadi shuddi pranayama , take arogyavardhini vati in dose of 1-1-1 for 6 months get shiropichu (therapy that stimulates follicles and helps in reducing stress) with neelibhringadi taila done for 5 days each month and rest of the days you can yourself massage the same oil to your scalp leave it for 1 hour and wash off with mild shampoo (lal’s hibiscus shampoo preferred)

Hello. Greying of hair main cause is salty oily sour foods like farsan, chips, chinese , milk +good/fruit, late night outs, day sleep.Have milk , ghee, green vegetables and seadonal fruits. Under ayurvedic doctor do virechan and basti panchakarma. For 15 days take Paripathadi kadha 15 ml +15 ml warm water after lunch and dinner . Sariva manjishtha ghana 2 tabs 2 times a day. Apply keshkrushnikaran oil of SDM Futhet needs follow up. Do yoga and meditation.

Apply Bringraj/ mahabringraj oil on scalp and 2 drops as nasal drop early morning One tsp of trifladi grit empty stomach. Tab sanjivani vati 2-0-2 mid of meal. Add nashimha rasyan after one week of above medicine.

Go early to bed as sleeping late aggregate your pitta elements which is the major factor involved. Avoid spicy vinegar based items. Avoid hair dyes instead apply natural heena . I don’t rush into giving churnas or kashayams just bcz the texts say so... I try to see what fits the patient’s prakriti, daily habits, emotional pattern etc. It’s not textbook-perfect every time, but that’s where the real skill grows I guess. I do a lot of thinking abt cause vs symptom—sometimes it's not the problem you see that actually needs solving first. What I care about most is making sure the treatment is safe, ethical, practical, and honest. No overpromising, no pushing meds that don’t fit. And I’m always reading or discussing sth—old Samhitas or recent journals, depends what the case demands. My goal really is to build a practice where people feel seen & understood, not just “managed.” That's where healing actually begins, right?

I go by classic diagnosis principles like prakriti analysis, dosha imbalance and all, but also mix in what I learned from modern side—like understanding their lifestyle triggers, screen time, sleep cycles, food gaps n stress patterns. I don’t rush into panchakarma or heavy medicines unless it’s needed... prefer starting with simple herbs, diet change, basic daily routine correction. If things demand, then I go stepwise into Shodhan therapies. My goal is to not just “treat” but to help ppl know what’s happening in their body and why its reacting like that. That awareness kinda becomes half the cure already. Not everything is perfect. Sometimes ppl don’t follow what you say, sometimes results are slow, and yeah that gets to you. But this path feels honest. It’s slow, grounded, and meaningful.

In hospital I handled day to day OPD cases, routine management, and also assisted seniors when things got complicated. Patients come with chronic issues, expectations, doubts, sometimes fear, and I had to adjust my approach accordingly. I focus on practical treatment planning, not just diagnosis on paper. Some days I feel I should have more time with each patient, but I try to balance it. My experience across hospital and clinic helps me understand both acute care and long term disease management. I still keep learning everyday, reading, observing patterns, correcting myself when needed, because medicine never stays same for long, and neither should the doctor.
