मेरे पास पिछले 2/3 साल से B12 की कमी है। मेरे बाल दिन-ब-दिन पतले होते जा रहे हैं। अब मैं थिकिफाई टैबलेट्स ले रहा हूँ और इस टैबलेट को लेने से बालों की सेहत अच्छी है। तो मुझे घने बालों के लिए स्थायी समाधान चाहिए।

For vitamin B 12 deficiency u should take more of green leafy vegetables and in non veg mutton liver And along with those things start with Narasimha rasayana 1tsp in the morning empty stomach followed by a glass of warm water Punarnavasavam 5 ml with 10 ml of water twice a day after food

B12 oral supplements will be difficult for digestion and absorption. Go with multivitamin injection by approaching to your nearby physician. Also include Eggs, Nuts like soaked almonds, pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds Buttermilk, coconut water in your daily diet. Vegetables like methi, spinach. Fruits - Bananas, oranges, kiwi, papaya, Gauava. Take ghee along with warm food. To improve your absorption of food: 1. Kamduga rasa 1 Tid before food 2. Hingvashtaka Churna 1/2 tsf with butter milk after food in afternoon and night.
