हाय, मैं जे. रोड्रिग्स हूँ। मेरा सवाल त्वचा से संबंधित है। मेरे हाथों की उंगलियाँ काली हो गई हैं। क्या यह सूखी त्वचा, ठंड या किसी रासायनिक प्रतिक्रिया की वजह से हो सकता है? मुझे नहीं पता, लेकिन इसमें खुजली नहीं हो रही है। कृपया मुझे बताएं कि मैं अपनी त्वचा को कैसे साफ कर सकता हूँ।

Since your finger skin has been dark for more than 6 months and there is no itching, the most common causes are usually dry skin, cold climate (especially in the UK), frequent hand washing, or mild chemical irritation from soaps or detergents. It is usually not serious and can improve with proper skin care. Possible Reasons Cold weather – In the UK the cold wind and indoor heating dry the skin and can make fingers look darker. Dry skin – Lack of moisture can cause rough and dark knuckles. Frequent hand washing / sanitizers – These remove natural oils from the skin. Contact with detergents or chemicals – Dishwashing liquids or cleaning agents may cause pigmentation. What You Can Do 1. Moisturize your hands regularly Use a thick hand cream 3–4 times daily, especially after washing hands. Good ingredients to look for: Urea (5–10%) Glycerin Shea butter Apply before sleeping and you can also put cotton gloves overnight for better results. 2. Protect your hands Wear gloves while washing dishes or cleaning. Wear warm gloves outside in cold weather. 3. Gentle exfoliation (2–3 times a week) This removes dead skin. Mix: 1 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon honey few drops lemon Massage gently on fingers for 2 minutes, then rinse. 4. Natural remedy (safe for pigmentation) Apply at night: Aloe vera gel + few drops of coconut oil Leave for 20–30 minutes or overnight. 5. Nutrition Skin darkening sometimes improves if you maintain good nutrition: fruits and vegetables nuts and seeds adequate water intake.
