Namaste, Chia seeds with lemon water are generally safe and mild in nature, but their effect can vary based on your body type. Simple understanding: Chia seeds are usually considered cooling and soothing, especially when soaked. Lemon has a slightly heating (pitta increasing) effect, but in diluted form it is usually well tolerated. So overall, this combination is balanced, not strongly heat-producing. Simple guidance: If your body tends to feel heat or acidity, take it in moderate quantity. Always use well-soaked chia seeds, not dry. Avoid taking it empty stomach in excess, as lemon may cause mild irritation in sensitive people. Best time is morning or mid-day, not late night. Since your digestion is normal, you can continue in small amounts and observe how your body responds. Ayurvedic medicines are not required for this.
