बार-बार ढीला दस्त और जलन का एहसास - #52296

31 साल की महिला हूँ। मुझे कई सालों से बार-बार दस्त होते हैं और हाल ही में दस्त के साथ जलन भी होती है। नए खाने की असहिष्णुता के कारण भी दस्त होते हैं। मैं जानना चाहती हूँ कि क्या यह सिबो से संबंधित है। मुझे गैस्ट्रिक रिफ्लक्स, पेट दर्द, थकान या कोई अन्य लक्षण नहीं हैं। दिन में केवल एक बार ही टॉयलेट जाती हूँ।

At 31 years with long history of loose stools and now recent burning sensation with new food intolerances your condition looks more like gut sensitivity with mild inflammation and weak digestion rather than typical SIBO SIBO usually presents with bloating excessive gas abdominal discomfort multiple bowel movements fatigue and sometimes nutritional deficiency In your case you have only one bowel movement daily without gas bloating or pain so it is less likely to be classical SIBO Your symptoms suggest that the digestive fire is irregular and the intestinal lining has become sensitive which is why new foods are triggering loose stools and burning sensation This is more like a functional gut issue with heat component in the intestine Focus should be on calming the gut lining and improving digestion gently Avoid spicy oily sour and very hot foods which increase burning Also avoid foods that are triggering intolerance for now Take simple warm meals like soft cooked food moong dal soups and boiled vegetables Keep hydration good but avoid very cold drinks You can take buttermilk with roasted cumin and a pinch of rock salt in daytime if tolerated as it helps in improving gut balance

Hello I can understand it is difficult to dea with chronic and frequent loose stools and now over the top burning sensation is also started But dont worry i will clear you everything and help you to come over this 😊 ▪️For your understanding You are having functional digestive disorder. Which means -overactive digestion = frequent loose stools -Pitta imbalance seen as burning sensation -vata imbalance causing food sensitivity Important point in you case Your pass motion only once a dat which means that -you are not having severe diarrhoea -it is mostly digestive imbalance ▪️doubt about SIBO? It is mostly unlikely to be SIBO As in sibo -bloating is prominent -presence of abdominal discomfort -Frequent bowel movement is oresent As in you case There is ❌bloating -only one a daily bowel movement -have better appetite So it is not SIbo so be relaxed ▪️Then what is it actually? Hi You have frequent loose stools that means there is something that affect you…in your diet or may be other issues You can take Kutajghan vati 2 BD Bilwadi churna -1tsp-bd For your burning issues I would recommend to visit a proctologist may be any ano rectal disorders would be there Avoid hot potency food and something increasing gut motility
