Avoid sour fermented and processed foods. Regular exercise. Use boiled water for drinking. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Cap.Cervigest 2-0-2 Myaxyl oil for local massage Follow up after 2 weeks

In Ayurveda, It’s typically vata dominant disorder. Since she got relief from moringa suggests vataj disorder, anti inflammatory therapy. RX- Yograj guggulu- 2 tablets twice a day after meals. Dashmool arishta 10ml twice a day after meal. Oil massage with mahanarayan tel+ vatahar tel. Continue moringa capsules. Consult after 15 days.
