Night sweats in menopause are mainly due to pitta aggravation and hormonal changes, and Shatavari alone may not be sufficient in some cases. Keep the body cool internally. Avoid spicy, sour, caffeine, and alcohol. Prefer light, cooling foods. Maintain a calm bedtime routine and proper sleep. At home, you can take coriander seed water (soak overnight, drink in morning) and apply a little coconut oil on scalp and soles before sleep. Praval pishti – 125 mg twice daily with honey or water Sutshekhar Ras – 1 tablet twice daily after food Ashokarishta – 15 ml with equal water twice daily after food These help in reducing heat, controlling hot flashes, and improving overall comfort.
