Avoid addiction if any. Avoid oily spicy and processed foods. Regular exercise and meditation. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Brahmi pearls 1-0-1 Tab.Yashtimadhu 2-0-2 Follow up after 2 weeks.
