Hello, Please avoid the foods which you have already identified as exacerbating the condition. The following will help- 1. Sidharthaka Snana Chuirnam(Vaidyaratnam) to be mixed with water and applied as paste on the nipple; wash with luke warm water before it completely dries up-once a day For 30 days. 2. Takzema(Charak) to be applied 2 to 3 times a day For 30 days. 3. Khadirarishtam 15ml----0----15ml by adding 15ml of boiled cooled water after breakfats an after dinner for 30 days.
