Yes, Lichen Planus can come back, especially if your body is weak. Lichen planus is mainly due to Pitta + Vata imbalance and Rakta (blood) dushti. When you feel severe weakness (low Ojas/immunity), the body becomes more prone to recurrence. Why it may return: Stress (you already noted this trigger) Weak digestion (Agni imbalance) Low immunity (Ojas kshaya) Improper diet (spicy, sour, junk) Advice Improve strength (Ojas): take milk with small amount of ghee, soaked almonds Balance Pitta: avoid spicy, fried, sour foods Reduce stress: daily pranayama, meditation Support digestion: light, warm, easy-to-digest food Herbs : Guduchi, Amla, Yashtimadhu
