Amalant has 2 ingredients good for gastritis, yastimadhu and amla, very cooling ,but some other ingredients may irritate stomach linning, and with ulcerative collitis best is to avoid. Start with Soaking fennel seeds, coriander seeds, jeera seeds in a glass of water, overnight, morning strain and drink empty stomach before breakfast. Soak raisins,dry figs, black currant overnight in a cup of water overnight morning make smoothie and drink. Take Alsactin tablet 1-0-1 after food with water. Acido plan syrup 10ml- 10 ml before food with water Can occassionally have soaked chia seeds, gond katira will help cool the system. Also aloevera juice is beneficial.
