Acid reflux and chest burning every 2–3 days suggest that the condition is not fully controlled. Continue Pantop DSR as advised by your physician. For Ayurveda: • Avipattikar Churna 3–5 g twice daily after meals with lukewarm water. • Yashtimadhu Churna 2–3 g twice daily after meals. • Kamdudha Ras (Plain) 1 tablet twice daily after meals. Regarding saunf, jeera, and ajwain: • Saunf and jeera are generally suitable for acidity. • Ajwain can aggravate burning and acidity in some people, especially if Pitta is predominant. If chest burning is significant, reduce or avoid ajwain and observe whether symptoms improve. Diet: • Avoid spicy foods, excess tea/coffee, alcohol, citrus on an empty stomach, and late-night meals. • Eat dinner at least 2–3 hours before sleeping. • Avoid lying down immediately after meals.
