Area of specialization:
I am an Ayurvedic doctor working mainly with chronic and lifestyle related conditions. My focus is on understanding the root imbalance in body rather than only managing surface symptoms. Over time I have treated patients dealing with chronic gastric problems, kidney related concerns, constipation, joint pain and long term digestive issues. I follow classical Ayurvedic principles and try to apply them in a very practical way that fits modern life. My approach is simple but detailed. I look at digestion, daily routine, food habits, sleep pattern and stress levels before planning any treatment. Medicines are selected carefully, and I also guide patients on diet, detox methods and small lifestyle corrections that support healing. Sometimes progress is slow, sometimes faster, but I believe steady improvement matters more than quick results. I continue to learn through practice and patient experience, and I try to keep my approach honest, balanced and realistic. Ayurveda works best when followed with patience, and that is what I try to pass on through my work.
Achievements:
I am trained in Ayurveda with formal education from Patanjali Yog Peeth, where I completed the full program and recieved certification after strict assesment. My work focuses on ayurvedic principles, herbal care and patient based treatment. I follow classical methods, observe diet and routine, and adjust care slowly. This training shaped my approach to patient care, even when cases move slow or need extra time, and somtimes demand more patience.

I am a dedicated Ayurveda doctor, trained deeply in the classical principles of this ancient science, and I try to follow it honestly in my daily practice. Over the years I have worked with many patients dealing with long term health issues, lifestyle disorders, digestion problems, hormonal imbalance and general weakness. My main focus has always been on understanding the root cause of the problem, not just giving temporary relief and moving on. I believe Ayurveda works best when treatment is personalised. Every body reacts different, and that is something I always keep in mind while planning medicines, food habits and daily routine. I spend time understanding the patient’s lifestyle, sleep pattern, stress level and eating habits, because healing does not happen with medicine alone. My approach includes classical ayurvedic diagnosis, use of herbal formulations, diet correction and when needed, Panchakarma based therapies. I do not rush the process, because real improvement takes time and consistency. Many patients come after trying different treatments, and my role is to guide them patiently toward better balance and long term health. I continue to learn through experience and patient interaction every day. Ayurveda is vast and sometimes challenging, but that is what keeps me connected to it. My goal is always to support people in building a healthier life in a natural and sustainable way, without unnecessary complications or false promises.
