Doctor information
Experience:
7 years
Education:
SJG Ayurvedic Medical College
Academic degree:
Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery
Area of specialization:
I am an Ayurvedic physician with an MD and around five years of clinical experience, working closely with patients who need long term and practical care. My main focus areas include skin and hair problems like acne, pigmentation, hair fall and chronic scalp issues, along with joint pain, back pain and stiffness that affect daily movement. I also work a lot with weight managment, PCOD, thyroid imbalance and other lifestyle related concerns that often need steady care not quick fixes. My approach is simple but detailed. I look at digestion, hormones, routine, sleep and stress patterns before planning treatment. Many times small changes make a big diffrence, and I try to guide patients in a way that feels doable. I use ayurvedic medicines, diet correction and lifestyle support together, not separately. I believe healing takes time and consistency, and every body reacts differently. Some cases improve fast, some need patience, but I stay involved through the process. My focus is always on safe, balanced and realistic care that fits into daily life, not just short term results.
Achievements:
I am a BAMS graduate and MD, and my journey includes being Institution Topper during my BAMS years with strong academic focus. I recieved the Ayurvisharada award from Himalaya for consistent performence, and later secured a University Rank during my post graduation. These achievments came from regular study and deep interest in ayurveda practice. I have also worked on research and published articles related to clinical ayurveda and patient care. My work reflects steady learning, discipline and focus on safe, evidence based treatment.

I am a qualified Ayurvedic physician with a BAMS degree and an MD, and I have been working in clinical practice for around five years now. My journey has been quite hands-on, and most of what I know comes from seeing real patients every day, not just books. I completed my postgraduation after securing a government seat, which was an important milestone for me and pushed me to take my work more seriously. Being a university rank holder also added responsibility, because expectations naturally increase after that. Over the years I have mainly worked with patients dealing with skin problems like acne, pigmentation, hair fall and long-standing skin conditions, along with lifestyle related concerns such as weight issues, hormonal imbalance and metabolic disorders. I also handle cases of PCOD, thyroid imbalance and digestive problems, which often need patience and careful follow up rather than quick fixes. I try to understand why a problem started, not just what the symptoms look like, because treatment works better that way. My approach is rooted in classical Ayurveda but adapted to today’s lifestyle. I focus on diet correction, daily routine, and practical therapies that people can actually follow. I don’t believe in rushing treatment or giving unrealistic promises. Some cases take time, and I make sure patients understand that healing is a process. I continue to learn with every patient I see. Each case adds something new, and that keeps me grounded and attentive. My goal is simple — to offer honest guidance, consistent care, and treatment plans that help people feel better in real life, not just on paper.
