Dr. Ankita Arya
Experience: | 2 years |
Education: | Himachal Pradesh University |
Academic degree: | Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery |
Area of specialization: | I am an Ayurvedic doctor working mainly with skin, hair, joint and sleep related problems, and my focus is always on understanding the root cause rather than just treating surface symptoms. Over time I have seen how issues like hair fall, acne, joint stiffness or poor sleep are often connected with digestion, routine and stress, and not just one single factor.
My work mostly involves Panchakarma therapies along with internal medicines, diet guidance and simple lifestyle corrections. I handle cases related to hair fall, dandruff, scalp issues, joint pain, stiffness, body ache and sleep disturbance with a balanced approach. Some patients need slow correction, others respond faster, and that difference always guides my planning.
I prefer keeping treatments practical and realistic. Not every body responds same way, and that is something I keep in mind while planning care. I focus on restoring balance through Ayurvedic methods, rather than pushing quick results. Over time, this approach helps people feel more stable, energetic and in control of their health. |
Achievements: | I am a BAMS graduate from Himachal Pradesh University and I have completed my post graduate diploma in Panchkarma from IMS BHU. During my training I also completed DNHE from IGNOU, which helped me understand nutrition and its role in healing more deeply. Along with clinical work, I have developed a strong interest in Agnikarma and Panchkarma therapies, and I have published research papers on Agnikarma in corn and Prachana karma in vitiligo.
I also have good hands-on experience with yoga asanas and their practical use in day to day health management. My learning journey has been steady and sometimes demanding, but it shaped my way of thinking about treatment and patient care. I try to combine classical ayurvedic knowledge with practical application, and keep improving my understanding through study and clinical work. |
I am a Panchakarma physician with around two years of post-graduation experience, and most of my learning has come from hands-on clinical work. During this time I have been deeply involved in detox and purification therapies, managing cases related to chronic pain, digestive imbalance, stress related complaints and long standing lifestyle disorders. Panchakarma is not just a procedure for me, it needs understanding of the body, timing, and patient readiness, and that part I have learnt slowly through daily practice. I have worked closely with patients during all stages of treatment, from assessment to therapy planning and follow-up care. Some days are smooth, some are challenging, but every case teaches something new. I focus a lot on proper preparation, diet regulation and post therapy care, because without that results don’t sustain. Over time, I have learned that small adjustments in routine and consistency matter more than aggressive treatments. My approach is practical, patient oriented and rooted in classical Ayurvedic principles. I continue to refine my skills and understanding, because Panchakarma is deep work and demands patience, precision and constant learning.
