Area of specialization:
I am mainly focused on Ayurvedic management of autoimmune, musculoskeletal and spine related disorders, and this area slowly became core of my daily work. I work a lot with autoimmune and inflammatory conditions like rheumatoid arthritis (Aamavata), systemic lupus erythematosus, psoriatic arthritis and other chronic inflammatory syndroms that tend to linger for years. I also handle bone and joint disorders such as osteoarthritis (Sandhigata Vata), gout or Vatarakta, osteoporosis and other metabolic bone issues. These cases often overlap, which can be confusing at times but also important to notice early. Spine and neuromuscular conditions form big part of my practice too. Cervical spondylosis, lumbar spondylosis, disc prolapse, sciatica, myofascial pain and posture related spine degeneration are common. I try to look beyond scans, watching patterns, flare ups, daily habits. Progress feels slow sometimes, but steady care usually matters more!!
Achievements:
I am fortunate to have treated many patients dealing with chronic rheumatoid arthritis, disc related spine disorders, and degenerative joint problems over time. My work often focus on reducing long standing pain, stiffness and movement limitation, sometimes progress is slow, sometimes better than expected. Many patients showed clear improvment in mobility, daily comfort and overall quality of life,, which keeps me going and learning everyday.

I am an Ayurvedic physician focused on holistic care for chronic and complex health issues, mainly autoimmune disorders, musculoskeletal problems, and spine related conditions. Over time my work has slowly moved toward cases that dont respond well to short term care, and that needs patience. I regularly see patients with rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, cervical pain, lumbar spine disorders, ankylosing spondylitis and long standing pain syndroms. My clinical approach blends classical Ayurvedic principles with evidence informed practice, though balance between the two sometimes take time to settle. I try to understand how disease develops over years, not just weeks. Joint stiffness, reduced mobility, nerve discomfort, fatigue..these patterns repeat often, but every body reacts bit differently. Treatment planning is gradual, adjusted with follow ups, and yes progress is not always fast. I pay close attention to digestion, sleep patterns, posture and daily routine, because these factors quietly worsen autoimmune and spine conditions. Some days the response is encouraging, some days not so much, but consistency matters. My focus stays on improving function, pain control and long term stability rather than quick fixes!! Working with chronic pain has taught me careful observation and flexibility in thinking, which keeps shaping my practice even now.
