Dr. Yashavanth M V
Experience: | 2 years |
Education: | SDM College Of Ayurveda And Hospital, Hassan |
Academic degree: | Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery |
Area of specialization: | I am mainly working in areas where daily habits, stress and body balance really show their impact, and that shapes my specialisation. I treat erectile dysfunction using holistic Ayurvedic care, combining herbal formulations, lifestyle correction, counselling and rejuvenation therapies. The aim is not just physical strength but confidence and natural vitality, which sometimes takes time, but it matters.
I also manage skin diseases like acne, psoriasis, eczema, pigmentation and fungal infections, focusing on dosha imbalance and internal detox rather than only creams. Hair fall, dandruff, premature greying and scalp issues are another core area, where herbs, nutrition and scalp therapies work together, not overnight though.
Lifestyle disorders like obesity, thyroid imbalance, diabetes, stress, fatigue and sleep problems come up often in my practice. I design Ayurveda-based routines with dinacharya, ritucharya and mind-body support, keeping it realistic. Nutrition and diet therapy is personalised to prakriti and digestion, not one rule for all.
Pain management for joint pain, back or neck pain, arthritis and migraine is also part of my work, using medicines, external therapies, Panchakarma when needed, and lifestyle changes for longer relief.. Sometimes small changes make big differnce. |
Achievements: | I am proud of the clinical work I do everyday, and over time I have treated many chronic cases like skin disorders, hair fall, lifestyle problems and sexual health concerns with steady results. I am recognised for patient focused Ayurvedic practice, careful diagnosis and personalised plans. My work in erectile dysfunction, men’s health, stubborn skin issues and hair recovery is often appreciated, and counselling patients toward better habits remain core part of my approach, even when progress feels slow sometimes!! |
I am an Ayurvedic doctor trained at one of the most reputed institutes, SDM, and my work mostly revolves around helping people restore balance and feel better in a real, lasting way. I follow authentic Ayurvedic principles, but at same time I stay practical, because health is not always textbook. Over time, I have developed a deep understanding of traditional healing along with hands-on clinical experience, and that combination guides most of my decisions. I work with patients facing chronic lifestyle disorders, hormonal imbalance, digestion related problems, skin diseases, and stress linked issues that slowly affect daily life. Many cases are not simple, and sometimes progress takes time, which can feel frustrating. My focus stays on finding root cause rather than chasing symptoms again and again. I try to blend classical Ayurveda with modern insights, keeping treatment safe, personalised, and effective, even if it needs small adjustments later. Every consultation with me is detailed. I listen carefully, sometimes more than expected, because small habits matter alot. I assess prakriti, routine, food patterns, and stress before suggesting medicines or diet. Treatment plans include herbal support, lifestyle guidance, and food changes that actually fit into daily life. My intention is to empower patients, not overwhelm them with too many rules. I believe healing should feel supportive and clear, not confusing. Some days results come quick, other days slow, but steady balance is the aim. I am here to guide people who want genuine care rooted in Ayurveda, even when the path feels uneven!!
