Doctor information
Experience:
1 year
Education:
West Bengal University Of Health Sciences
Academic degree:
Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery
Area of specialization:
I am mainly focused on gynecological problems, especially PCOS, PCOD and other hormonal related issues that affect daily life more than people expect. I work closely with women to understand cycle patterns, pain, mood changes, and fertility concerns, though sometimes it take time to connect all dots. Along with this, I handle arthritis and chronic joint pain through Ayurvedic pain management, using medicines, therapies and lifestyle correction. I also see all kind of general health problems in day to day practice, digestion, weakness, stress, body pain etc, which honestly keeps my work very varied. I am also trained in ancient Panchakarma therapies and Viddha-Agnikarma techniques. These are used carefully for pain, musculoskeletal issues, and certain chronic conditions. Some patients feel relief fast, others slower, and I stay clear about that. My approach stay practical, a bit flexible, and centred on what patient can actually manage long term, not just theory!!
Achievements:
I am proud to have received the college top ranker award in Kayachikitsa (medicine), which honestly pushed my confidence early in training. I was also recognised with multiple awards during different health camps for my clinical work and patient care. These moments matter to me, though they also remind me how much responsiblity comes with recognition, and I keep learning even now, every day.

I am working as a medical officer at Rajib Gandhi Memorial Ayurvedic College And Hospital, and alongside that I also run my private clinic. This balance between hospital duty and clinic work keeps me grounded, some days hectic, but very real. My main clinical focus stay on gynecological problems like PCOS and PCOD, where hormonal imbalance, cycle issues, and long-term planning all overlap in messy ways. I also manage arthritis and chronic joint pain, using Ayurveda based pain management that look beyond just symptoms. Hair fall is another area I see daily, often linked with stress, hormones, or digestion, and honestly it rarely has one simple cause. I try to explain this clearly to patients, even when answers feel slow or layered. My approach is practical and patient-centred. I listen first, then plan treatment using Ayurvedic medicines, diet guidance, and lifestyle changes that people can actually follow. Working in a teaching hospital has shaped my thinking, but private practice teaches patience in a different way. Some cases improve fast, others dont, and I stay honest about that. The goal remain steady health, not rushed results!!
