Experience:
3 years
Education:
Guru Ravidas Ayurved University
Academic degree:
Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery
Area of specialization:
I am focused on holistic Ayurvedic care, mainly for mental and neurological conditions like anxiety, depression, Parkinson’s, and stroke recovery, which often need slow steady work. I also manage PCOS/PCOD through hormonal balance, bone and joint pain for musculoskeletal strength, and heart related wellness with Ayurvedic cardiology ideas. Diabetes, gut health, skin issues, and aging concerns come into my daily practice too, sometimes overlapping more than expected. My approach start with detailed dosha assessment of Vata Pitta Kapha, then Panchakarma when suitable, plus diet and lifestyle plans that patient can actually follow. I work largely through teleconsultation, reaching people across India. As a BAMS doctor with 5+ years experience, I focus on root cause healing, though results may take time, and that part I explain clearly, maybe twice.
Achievements:
I am proud of helping 500+ patients through teleconsultation, mainly PCOS PCOD cases with around 85% symptom relief, joint and bone pain with near 75% reduction, and diabetes where HbA1c drop of 2–3 points seen in 200+ cases. I also saw strong improvment in mental health gut skin aging. I developed dosha based plans, grew practice 3x via Linkedin, earning repeat consults from many patients!!

I am a BAMS-qualified Ayurvedic physician from Jalandhar, Punjab, and I work with a deep interest in blending classical Ayurvedic wisdom with modern telemedicine care. My practice is largely consultation based, reaching patients across the country through online platforms, which still feels new sometimes but works well. Till now I have served more than 500 patients through teleconsultations, mostly chronic cases where consistency really matters more than quick fixes. I focus on understanding each patient through dosha assessment, mainly balancing Vata, Pitta, Kapha using individualized treatment plans and nutrition guidance. Around 85% symptom relief has been seen in chronic conditions, though outcomes vary and need patience. I rely on personalised diet, daily routine correction, and classical Ayurvedic medicines. Some days are challenging, but seeing people feel lighter, sleep better, or regain control over health keeps me going. My aim stays simple,, long term wellness through practical Ayurveda, not rushed solutions.
