Area of specialization:
I am focused mainly on women’s health, especially PCOS and hormonal imbalance, which comes up again and again in my practice. I work with Ayurvedic principles to help regulate menstrual cycles, support ovulation, and balance hormones naturally, not forcing the body but nudging it back into rhythm, which is slower but feels right to me. I am also deeply involved in skin health care. I treat acne, eczema, pigmentation, and other chronic skin issues by looking at digestion, detox pathways, and diet. Skin rarely act alone, and sometimes patients are surprised when treatment starts from gut or liver first. I am interested in weight management too, both weight gain and weight loss, using personalized plans that consider metabolism, hormones, daily routine, and stress. Results depend on consistency, and that part is often harder than medicines. I am trained in authentic Panchakarma therapies like Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Basti, and Virechana, used for detox and rejuvenation!! I also practice Jalaukavacharana, or leech therapy, for skin diseases, joint pain, varicose veins, and blood purification, an old technique that still works when used carefully and correctly, even if it sounds strange at first.
Achievements:
I am an Ayurvedic physician shaped by classical training and daily patient work, and that itself feels like my main acheivement. My strength is careful assessment of Prakriti and current imbalance, then applying evidence-based Ayurvedic treatment with patience and honesty. I focus on trust, long-term healing, and continous learning, blending traditional Ayurveda with a modern view of health, even when answers are not immediate or perfect.

I am a dedicated Ayurvedic physician, trained deeply in classical Ayurveda and still learning every day through my patients and practice. My work focuses on restoring balance and vitality by using time-tested Ayurvedic principles rather than quick fixes, which sometimes takes patience, for both of us. I spcialize in managing chronic health conditions, lifestyle-related disorders, and long-term wellness concerns, using individualized care instead of one-size plans. I am experienced in traditional Panchkarma therapies, herbal medicine, diet planning, and lifestyle guidance, all based on a patient’s unique Prakriti and present imbalances, or Vikriti as we say in Ayurveda. I spend a lot of time understanding digestion, stress patterns, sleep, joint pain, skin issues, and subtle symptoms that are often ignored. Sometimes patients expect fast results, and I have to slow things down, explain again, and that process matter. My approach is root-cause oriented, not symptom hiding. I focus on agni, dosha balance, and daily routines, even when it feels repetitive or uncomfortable at first. I believe healing works best when patients are involved, asking questions, adjusting habits, and yes, making mistakes along teh way. My clinic offers a calm, nurturing environment where traditional Ayurvedic healing meets modern understanding of chronic disease and preventive care. I try to create space where body and mind are treated together, not separately, even if that idea feels new to some. I am here to guide patients who seek relief, prevention, or simply better balance in life, using Ayurveda in a natural, holistic, and sustainable way!!
