Dr. Namitha Binesh
Experience: | 17 years |
Education: | Rajiv Gandhi university |
Academic degree: | Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery |
Area of specialization: | I am focused on treating a wide range of conditions through Ayurveda, and my clinical work often centers around spine related problems and joint issues of all kinds, from stiffness to long standing pain that affects daily movement. I spend a lot of time working with gynaecological concerns like dysmenorrhea, PCOD and infertility, where treatment needs patience and careful observation, not hurry.
I also manage metabolic and lifestyle disorders such as diabetes, hypertension and thyroid imbalance, which I see more often now than before, sometimes in very young patients too. Allergies and skin conditions are another area I work with, since they usually reflect deeper internal imbalance rather than surface level issue.
My approach stays practical and individualized. I look at digestion, habits, stress patterns, and how the body reacts over time, even when progress feels uneven or slow. Treating chronic conditions is rarely linear, and I adjust treatment as the body respondes, not just based on reports or labels!! |
Achievements: | I am someone who keeps updating my medical knowledge, even when schedule feels full. I attended several seminars and webinars over years, sometimes online sometimes in person, to stay connected with evolving clinical practices. I also completed PG Diploma in Hospital Managment, which helped me understand systems beyond clinic room. I hold certificate courses in Cosmetology and Tricology, and Clinical Yoga too, these added layers to how I look at patient care, body alignment, and recovery process. Not everything fits neatly, but learning continous! |
I am an Ayurvedic physician with 16 years of clinical excellnce, and I still feel like I am learning every day while working with real people and real health problems. I work with patients for 16 years in areas like Panchakarma therapies and Ayurvedic internal medicine, and over time I have treated thousands of cases, many of them chronic and complicated, sometimes stubborn too. My clinical focus is on Shodhana or detoxfication therapies, along with carefully personlized herbal formulations that are selected after understanding prakriti and current imbalances. I do not believe in quick fixes, I focus on restoring body's natural balance rather than masking symptoms, though this path can take patience from both sides. Traditional vedic knowledge guides my work, but modern lifestyle patterns also matter a lot in today’s health issues!! Panchakarma remains a core part of my practice, not as a routine package, but as a precise therapeutic tool. I try to adapt treatments based on age, strength, digestion, and daily habits, even when it makes the process slower or more complex. Managing long-term conditions through Ayurveda requires attention and consistency, and I am very aware that not every case moves in a straight line. My approach to care is holistic and practical. I listen closely, sometimes I pause before deciding, because small details often change the treatment direction. Compassionate care matters to me, patients should understand what is happening in their body and why certain steps are needed. I aim to support sustainable wellness, even when progress feels uneven or uncertain at moments.
