Dr. Jateen Jadhav
Experience: | 2 years |
Education: | Shri Ayurveda Mahavidyalaya |
Academic degree: | Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery |
Area of specialization: | I am focused mainly on Ayurvedic clinical practice, with detailed OPD consultations where Prakriti–Vikriti assessment guides almost every decision I take. I handle lifestyle disorders, digestive issues, musculoskeletal pain and stress-related conditions on regular basis, and honestly these cases need patience more than anything. Treatment planning is personalised using classical Ayurvedic formulations, diet advice and lifestyle counselling, though patients sometimes struggle to follow all parts, which I understand.
Panchakarma therapy is a key area of my work. I manage complete Panchakarma care including Purva Karma, Pradhana Karma and Paschat Karma, along with detoxification therapies for chronic or recurrent disorders. I also perform Shamana and local Panchakarma procedures for pain relief, neurological and musculoskeletal problems, depending on condition.
I also practice Ayurvedic ophthalmology under Shalakya Tantra, managing Netra Roga like Abhishyanda, Shushkakshipaka, Timira, early Kacha, Netra Daha, Netra Shoola and Computer Vision Syndrome. I have experience in Netra Kriyakalpa such as Tarpana, Putapaka, Aschyotana, Seka and Anjana, and I emphasize preventive eye care through medicines, Netra Pathya–Apathya and daily routine guidance. Long-term follow up, Dinacharya and Ritucharya counselling are part of care, even when progress feels slow sometimes? |

I am Dr. Jateen Jadhav, a BAMS doctor working closely with patients in OPD settings and Panchakarma therapy. My day to day work involves complete patient assessment, careful history taking, accurate diagnosis and then building a treatment plan that actually fits the person sitting in front of me, not just the disease on paper. I focus a lot on Prakriti–Vikriti analysis, because without that, Ayurvedic treatment feels incomplete to me. Medicines are selected thoughtfully, along with diet and lifestyle guidance that patients can follow long term. Sometimes this part takes more time, but rushing rarely gives stable results. I belive consistency matters more than quick fixes. I have practical, hands-on experience in Panchakarma procedures, including Purva Karma like Deepana–Pachana, Snehana and Swedana, followed by Pradhana Karma such as Vamana, Virechana, Basti, Nasya and Raktamokshana. Along with this, I regularly perform Shamana therapies like Shirodhara, Kati Basti, Janu Basti, Greeva Basti, Udvartana and Lepana, depending on the patients condition and tolerance. Post-procedure care is something I pay close attention to, including Samsarjana Krama, preventive guidance and follow-up planning. Missed follow ups can slow recovery, and I try to explain that clearly, even if it feels repetitive at times!!. The aim is better healing, reduced recurrence and improved quality of life, though results may vary slightly from person to person. I keep learning from every case, honestly, and that keeps my approach grounded and practical.
