Experience:
5 years
Education:
Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences
Academic degree:
Doctor of Medicine in Ayurveda
Area of specialization:
I am trained in BAMS and MPH, and my work sits right between classical Ayurveda and public health thinking. With a background in Ayurvedic medicine, I focus on understanding disease through dosha imbalance, lifestyle patterns, and long-term habits, not just quick symptoms, even when answers feel unclear at first. My MPH education shapes how I look at prevention, community health, and long-range wellbeing, which sometimes makes me slow down and question usual routines. I work with clinical Ayurveda concepts while also paying attention to population health trends, risk factors, and basic epidemiology stuff, though I admit I still keep learning from real cases every day. I try to blend individualized Ayurvedic care with a broader public health view, which helps me think beyond one patient at a time, even if balancing both sides can get messy or confusing!! Patient care for me means staying practical, observant, and flexible, and not assuming one plan works forever, or for everyone.
Achievements:
I am trained in Panchakarma therapy and Rakstamoskshana procedures, and these trainings shaped how I handle detox and blood-related conditions in daily practice. Panchakarma taught me stepwise purification, timing, and patient prep, which honestly takes patience. Rakstamoskshana training helped me understand blood vitiation cases better, even when results feel slow or uneven, but still meaningful over time.

I am an Ayurveda practitioner with more than 3 years of hands-on experience, working closely with patients and using Ayurvedic principles along with modern diagnosis methods to understand health issues properly. My focus has always been on practical healing, not theory alone, and I try to look at the root cause rather than just surface symptoms, even when it takes more time then expected. Over the years, I have worked with a wide range of health concerns, and I rely on a balanced approach that respects classical Ayurveda while also accepting the value of modern medical reports, lab findings, and clinical observations. Sometimes I double-check things, sometimes I pause and rethink, because every body responds differntly and one method never fits all!! My approach to patient care is simple and honest. I listen carefully, ask questions, and try to explain treatment plans in a way that feels clear, not confusing or rushed. I believe Ayurveda works best when treatment is personalised and adjusted over time, and I stay involved through follow-ups, even when progress feels slow or uneven. I continue to learn through daily practice, patient feedback, and real outcomes, not just textbooks. Helping people improve their health, step by step, remains the core of my work, and I stay committed to offering care that is thoughtful, grounded, and realistic, even if I am still learning new things along the way.
