Area of specialization: | I am mainly focused on treating Diabetes, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Piles, and Contact Dermatitis through Ayurvedic methods, and this area keeps pulling my attention again and again. Managing diabetes in Ayurveda is not just about sugar levels, it involves agni, metabolism, and daily habits, which patients sometimes underestimate, and I explain it slowly.
I am also involved in care of Rheumatoid Arthritis, where understanding ama and chronic inflammation becomes very important. Joint pain cases can be unpredictable, some days better, some days not, and that part honestly requires patience from both sides. With piles, I work on digestion, bowel habits, and lifestyle correction, not only medicines, though results can vary case to case.
Contact Dermatitis cases often come with lot of discomfort and visible skin changes, and I try to approach these using internal medicines, diet control, and identifying triggers, even when patients are unsure at first. My approach stays practical, rooted in classical Ayurveda, but adjusted for modern routines, even if that balance is still evolving for me!!. |

I am an Ayurvedic physician practicing for the past 1 year, working with different clinics and a hospital setting, and still learning something new almost every day. My work mainly focuses on applying classical Ayurvedic principles in day-to-day clinical practice, which sounds simple but honestly can be challanging at times. I am trained in understanding disease through Ayurvedic diagnosis methods like prakriti, vikriti, agni and dosha imbalance, and I try to use these tools while planning treatment. My clinical exposure includes managing common conditions seen in OPD such as digestive disorders, lifestyle related issues, joint pain, skin complaints, stress related problems, and general wellness care, though every patient comes with a different story. Sometimes it takes time to get the balance right. I am currently practicing with multiple clinics and also in a hospital environment, which has helped me see patients from varied backgrounds and health conditions. This experience has improved my confidence in patient consultation, case taking, and follow-ups, even when cases dont go as expected. I still question my decisions occassionally, but that keeps me careful. I am inclined toward a holistic approach, using Ayurvedic medicines, diet advice, and simple lifestyle modifications rather than aggressive interventions. I believe patient education is important, even if it takes extra time and sometimes patients dont fully agree. I am committed to growing as an Ayurvedic doctor, refining my clinical judgement, and offering honest, patient-centered care. The learning process is ongoing, a bit messy, but real, and I am okay with that for now!!
