Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery
Area of specialization:
I am focused on treating a wide range of conditions including neuromuscular disorder, chronic joints pain, lifestyle generated disorder, stress related complaints, and sexual problems. Over the years I have seen how these issues often overlap, like long term stress quietly worsening muscle weakness or joint stiffness, and patients dont always realize the connection at first. My approach is usually holistic, looking at daily routine, sleep, digestion, and mental load along with the main symptoms becuase treating only pain point rarely works. I work with patients who are dealing with persistent body aches, nerve weakness, fatigue, reduced mobility, or concerns related to sexual health, which many people feel shy to discuss but it matters alot. Each case feels a bit different, even when diagnosis sounds same on paper. I try to keep treatment practical and sustainable, not overly complicated or unrealistic, though progress can be slow sometimes!! The goal is steady improvement in function, comfort, and overall quality of life, not just temporary reliefs.
Achievements:
I am someone who measure success mainly by the relief my patients feel after treatment, not by titles or numbers. When a person comes back saying pain reduced, sleep improved, or daily life feels easier, that matters more than anything else to me becuase real healing shows in small changes. Many cases take time and patience, and sometimes progress is slow but steady!! Seeing that shift from discomfort to comfort is what I consider my true achivement, even if it sounds simple or ordinary.

I am a consultant doctor with around 15 year of clinical experiance, working across respected Ayurvedic healthcare brands like Patanjali, Jiva, Baidyanath, Emami-Zandu, and Dabur Arogya. During this time I have managed OPD patients as well as telly consultant services, guiding people who is dealing with chronic as well as everyday health concerns. My work mostly revolves around Ayurved-based assessment, lifestyle correction, and personalised treatment planning, becuase I feel medicines alone dont fix the root cause. Over the years, I have interacted with a very wide range of patients from different backgrounds, which helped me understand there unique health patterns and expectations. In OPD settings, I focus on listening carefully, even when the symptoms sound small or confusing. Many times teh smallest detail changes the direction of treatment. In tele-consultation also, I try to make patients comfortable enough to explain things openly, though virtual care can feel a bit impersonal at first. I believe in practical, sustainable healing methods rather than quick fixes. My approach combines classical Ayurvedic principles with modern patient needs, whether it is digestive issues, lifestyle disorders, stress-related complaints or general wellness guidance. I still keep learning from each case, becuase no two patients are exactly alike, and that keeps the practise interesting. Patients often say they appreciate clear explanations and honest guidance, even when the plan requires patience. Real improvement takes time alot of times, but steady progress matters more than temporary relief!!
