Academic degree:
Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery
Area of specialization:
I am specialized in Prasuthi tantra, the Ayurvedic field focused on women’s health, pregnancy care, and reproductive well being. My interest is in guiding women through different stages of life — from menstrual concerns to antenatal and postnatal support, using classical Ayurvedic principles. I try to look at the whole picture, not just single symptom, because many issues are connected in subtle ways. In my practice, I focus on gentle, individualized care that respects each patient’s body constitution and needs. Pregnancy and postpartum period require careful attention, diet advice, and safe therapies, and I stay involved to monitor changes closely. Sometimes patients come anxious or unsure, and I feel listening is as important as prescibing treatment. Prasuthi tantra also involves preventive care, lifestyle guidance, and restoring balance after delivery, which I find deeply meaningful work even if progress can be slow at times. I aim to provide support that feels steady, respectful, and practical… not overwhelming or overly technical.
Achievements:
I am achieved 65% overall in my academic training, which reflects steady performance across medical subjects and clinical learning. It may not sound flashy, but it shows consistency, dedication, and ability to grasp core concepts properly. During studies I focused more on understanding practical application rather than only marks, because patient care needs clarity not just theory. This result represents disciplined effort over years of study, exams, and clinical postings, and it shaped my foundation in Ayurvedic medicine. I still feel there is always more to learn, medicine never really stops teaching you, and that keeps me grounded!!

I am a duty Doctor at Ayushmanbhava Clinic, where I handle day-to-day patient care in the OPD and support Panchakarma treatments. My work mostly involves seeing a wide range of common health concerns, listening carefuly to patients, and guiding them toward suitable Ayurvedic management plans. Over time I gained good experiance in assessing symptoms, monitoring progress, and coordinating therapys like Panchakarma with the clinical team. In the outpatient setting, I try to keep consultations practical and clear, not overly complicated, because many people come worried or confused. I focus on understanding the root imbalance as per Ayurveda, while also paying attention to the patient’s comfort and lifestyle. Panchakarma cases require patience and close observation, and I stay involved through the process to ensure treatments are going smooth and safe. Working as a duty doctor means being available, responsiv, and ready for different situations during the day. Some days are very busy, some surprisingly calm, but each patient interaction adds to my learning. I aim to provide care that feels attentive and grounded, not rushed or mechanical, even when the OPD is full.
