Area of specialization:
I am focused on treating arthritis, asthma, skin disease, and liver disease using a patient-centered approach that looks beyond just symptoms. In arthritis cases, I try to reduce pain, stiffness, and mobility issues through long-term management rather than quick fixes, becuase joint problems usually build up over time. With asthma, my aim is to support breathing function, reduce triggers, and improve daily comfort, even when attacks come and go unpredicatbly. Skin disorders are often linked with internal imbalance, digestion, or stress, and I pay close attention to those hidden factors, not only the visible rash or itching. Liver disease is another area I deal with carefully, focusing on metabolism, detox pathways, appetite, and fatigue that many patient quietly struggle with. My approach is practical and individualized, not every person responds the same way, and sometimes we need to adjust plans along the way... I try to explain things in simple words, becuse medical terms can feel overwhelming. The goal is steady improvement, better quality of life, and helping people feel a bit more in control of there health, even if progress is gradual!!
Achievements:
I am recognized as a Corona worrior for serving patients during the COVID period, when uncertainty was high and medical support was urgently needed. I continued consulting and guiding people on immunity, recovery, and general health, even when things felt quite chaotc. I also work as a cancer consultant with World Cancer Care, where I support patients with integrative guidance alongside conventional treatment, focusing on strength, nutrition, and daily functioning. This role has taught me patience and careful listening, becuase every cancer journey is different and often complex. I try to offer realistic advice, not false hope, while still encouraging small improvements that matter in everyday life!!

I am working as a consultant with an ayurvedc college, World Cancer Care, and the Red Cross Society in moga, and also serving patients at Patanjali Chikitsalaya Moga. My work mostly revolves around classical Ayurveda practise, chronic disease management, and supportive care for people who are dealing with long-term illness, including cancer related concerns. I try to look at the whole person, not just teh diagnosis, becuase in Ayurveda body, mind, diet, routine all are connected in ways modern life sometimes ignores. At the college, I guide students and share clinical experience, though I still feel like I am learning every day. With World Cancer Care and Red Cross Society, my role is more humanitarian and advisory, helping patients explore integrative options alongside conventional treatment. I do not promise miracles, I focus on strengthening digestion, immunity, sleep, and overall vitality, which often makes a real difference for patient comfort and recovery. In clinic at Patanjali Chikitsalaya, I treat patient with digestive disorders, joint pain, skin issues, lifestyle diseases, and general weakness using Ayurvedic medicines, diet counseling, and simple daily routines. Sometimes progress is slow, sometimes surprisingly quick!! but consistency matters more than speed. I believe in honest communication and practical guidance rather than complicated jargon. If something is not suitable, I say it clearly. My goal is to support natural healing processes in a safe, balanced way, while respecting modern medical care too. Many people come tired, confused, or worried, and if they leave feeling a little clearer or steadier, that already feels meaningful to me.
