Area of specialization: | I am a BAMS doctor with focused training in skin disorders and Panchkarma, having completed PGCSD and PGCP, and I try to keep my practice rooted in classical Ayurveda while still being practical for todays patients. My main area of intrest is managing chronic skin conditions through dosha-based assessment, though sometimes cases get tricky and need patience from both sides.
I work with Panchkarma therapies where needed, not rushing into procedures unless its really required, becuase improper use can do more harm than good. I belive in stepwise treatment, starting from basic correction of agni and lifestyle first, even if patients expect faster results, which is understandable.
Over time I have learned that consistency matter more than quick fixes, and I try to guide patients in a way that they can actually follow, not just prescrbe things and hope it works. |

I am working in Ayurvedic pain management and skin disease care for around 5 years now, and honestly the journey has been both challenging and a bit eye opening at times. My main focus is on treating chronic skin conditions and different types of pain disorders using classical Ayurveda, though every case dont really follow textbook patterns, so I try to stay flexible in approach. I am also experienced in Agnikarma therapy and Vatrog management, where I deal with conditions related to vata imbalance like joint pain, stiffness, and neuromuscular discomfort. Agnikarma, when done properly, gives quite effective results, but it also require precision and careful patient selection, which I always keep in mind. In skin disease treatment, I look at root causes like dosha imbalance, digestion, and lifestyle factors, not just the surface symptoms. Sometimes patients expect quick results, but Ayurveda doesnt always work that way, and I make sure to explain this clearly, even if it feels a bit repetitive or awkward. My approach is simple, understand the patient properly, plan treatment accordingly, and adjust when needed...because no two cases are same really. I try to keep treatments practical and safe, though there are moments when progress feels slow, but thats part of the process I guess. Over time, I have developed a steady interest in combining traditional therapies with careful observation, even when outcomes are not immediate, becuase long term relief matters more than short fixes!
