Dr. Shashvati
Experience: | 3 years |
Education: | muhs |
Academic degree: | Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery |
Area of specialization: | I am an Ayurvedic doctor focused on consultation, where I try to understand each patient through Prakriti–Vikriti analysis, though sometimes cases gets complex and need deeper review. I work a lot with chronic care conditions, taking a steady, long-term approach rather then quick fixes, becuase healing dosent always happen fast.
I also support Panchakarma therapies, guiding patients before and after procedures so results stay stable, not just temporary.. Along with this, I offer telemedicine consultations, which helps me connect with patients who cant visit in person, and honestly it has been quite effective.
My work also includes clinical research and pharmacovigilance, where I observe drug responses and safety, even if data collection isnt always perfectly structured. I try to balance classical Ayurvedic principles with practical patient needs, even when things dont go as planned sometimes |
Achievements: | I am recognized for clinical case handling and patient care, though I still feel there is always more to learn. During my RMO / junior doctor postings I was appreciated by seniors for clear patient communication, proper case documantation and follow up, even when cases was complex. I try keep things simple for patients, sometimes I miss small details but overall my approach stays consistant and focused on care. |
I am consulting ayurvedic doctor working closely with patients who are looking for natural and root-level healing, not just temporary relief. My focus mainly stays on understanding the prakriti and vikriti of each individual, because no two body works same and that matters a lot in ayurveda. I deal with lifestyle disorders, digestive issues, womens health concerns, and chronic conditions where modern medicine sometimes feel limited. My approach is simple but detailed, I try to listen properly, even small symtoms matter, they tell a bigger story if you dont ignore them. Sometimes patients come with long history and little confusions, and I take time to break things down, step by step. I believe in combining classical ayurvedic principles with practical daily routines, like ahar, vihar and basic detox methods when required. Panchakarma is not always first step, many times small corrections works better, thats what I have seen in my practice over time. There are cases where progress is slow, and honestly that can be a bit frustrating for both side, but healing takes time and consistency. I guide patients with diet plans, herbal medications, and routine changes, though following them properly is not always easy for everyone... My aim is to make treatment realistic and sustainable, not complicated. I try to keep communication open, even if things are unclear we talk again and adjust. Ayurveda is not quick fix, but when done right, it gives stable results, even if the path feels little long sometimes.
