Dr. Yashkumar Vanaliya
Experience: | 2 years |
Education: | Indian Institute of Ayurveda Research and Hospital |
Academic degree: | Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery |
Area of specialization: | I am focused on managing lifestyle disorders, mental health concerns, and gut-related issues, and I try to look at the body as a connected system rather than seperate parts. My work mainly revolve around conditions like stress, anxiety, digestive imbalance and metabolic problems, where small daily habits actually matters a lot. I use an Ayurvedic, patient-centered approach, but sometimes I feel patients expect quick fixes which isnt always realistic
I am usually working closely with individuals to understand their routine, diet, and emotional state, because these things often get ignored in modern care. My approach include practical lifestyle changes, dietary guidance and simple therapies that can be followed consitently. I belive in gradual healing, not forced or agressive treatments, and try to make plans that people can actually stick to, even if progress feels slow sometimes |
Achievements: | I am recognized for patient-centered Ayurvedic consultatons and holistic treatment planning, though I still keep refining my aproach. I have developd expetise in managing lifestyle disorders through Ayurveda, sometimes learning from each case. Trained in integrative clinical reasoning, I focus on personalized strategies. I also actively contribute to digital Ayurveda education and awarness, sharing what I know, even if not perfect. |
I am a qualified Ayurveda doctor with a strong grounding in classical Ayurvedic science, and I try to keep my approach very real, very patient-focused. Over time, I have learned that no two individuals are same, and thats where Ayurveda really makes sense to me… understanding prakriti, imbalances, and how daily habits slowly shape health. I work closely with people to understand their concerns in detail, not just symptoms but also lifestyle, diet, stress patterns and even small routines that often get ignored. My focus is on providing personalized Ayurvedic care through diet planning, lifestyle corrections, and carefully selected herbal formulations, though sometimes it takes a bit of trial and observation to get it right, which is okay I feel. I aim to help in managing and preventing disease by restoring balance in the body using traditional Ayurvedic principles. This includes guidance on ahara (diet), vihara (lifestyle), and natural therapies that support long-term wellness rather than quick fixes. I also try to make these recomendations practical… because honestly, if its not practical, patients wont follow it. My approach is holistic, but also simple in a way. I believe healing happens gradually, and sometimes patients expect faster results, which can be a bit challenging to explain… still, consistency matters more than anything else. I continue to learn and refine my understanding of Ayurveda so I can offer better care, even if the journey feels ongoing and never fully complete.
