Experience:
9 years
Education:
Late kedari Redekar Ayurvedic Mahavidyalaya
Academic degree:
Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery
Area of specialization:
I am working with Ayurveda in a way that focuses on the root cause of disease, not just the symptoms, and sometimes I feel this part gets ignored alot in modern care. I dont just treat the patient but also try to correct food habits and lifestyle, becuase that’s where many problems actually starts I mainly work with lifestyle disorders like hypertension, diabetes, thyroid issues etc, and also manage gyneac problems, skin and hair concerns, and weight managment. My approach is a bit slow maybe, but more natural and steady, I think… focusing on balance rather than quick fixes I try to understand each patient indivdually, their routine, diet, and patterns, though not every case is simple or responds same way, but still I keep working on it.
Achievements:
I am recieving an award for my work in a surgical camp, where I was involvd in delivering essential surgical care to patients in need. It kind of reflect my intrest in community health and hands-on clinical practice, even if things wasnt always easy. I try to focus on patient care and public health initatives, though sometimes the setup were challanging and fast paced!

I am Dr. Priyanka Patil - Thakare, I completed my BAMS degree in 2017, and since then I have been working as a Medical Officer in a government hospital in Maharashtra. The expereince there has been quite grounding, dealing with real patients, real issues, not always ideal setups, but still learning everyday. At the same time I persued my higher studies and certifications in cosmetology, facial aesthetics, trichology, obesity management and clinical diet, trying to balance both clinical work and academics, which was not always easy but worth it I think. My interest slowly shifted towards integrative care, where Ayurveda meets modern aesthetic and lifestyle based treatments, even if sometimes the overlap feels a bit complex. I usually focus on understanding patient concerns in a more practical way, whether it is related to skin, hair, weight or overall health. In cosmetology and facial aesthetics, I try to keep things subtle and safe, not overdoing procedures, because results should look natural, not forced or artificial I feel. Trichology and obesity managment also need patience, people expect fast changes but body doesnt always respond like that. My background in clinical diet helps me guide patients with food and lifestyle corrections, though honestly compliance can be a challenge sometimes, and I still keep adjusting how I explain things. Working in a government setup also taught me to stay adaptable, because not every case fits textbook definitions, and not every treatment goes as planned!! I continue to learn and refine my approach, even now there are moments of doubt or rethinking, but that probably keeps me more careful and attentive towards patient care.
