I am focused mostly on helping patients with chronic and acute skin conditions like acne, eczma, and psoraisis, and I try to look at how these problems keeps returning again and again. Many patients comes with long-term skin troubles, and I work step by step to manage flare ups and daily triggers, even when progress feels slow sometimes. I am also working in diabetes reversal support, where I guide patients through dite and life style managment that fits their daily routine, not some perfect textbook plan. I pay attention to food habits, sleep, and small lifestyle shifts, becuase small changes often makes bigger differnce over time. My work stay centered on practical care, steady follow up, and helping patients understand what their body is telling them, even when results takes time to show.
Achievements:
I am recived the Best Doctor Award at Jeena Sikho Lifecare Ltd while working as sr consultent, and it still feels little unreal sometimes. In my clinical practce, I stay focused on patient care and consitent results, even when days get long. this recognition remind me that hard work in daily medical service and patient managment realy matter, even if path look simple from outside.

I am BAMS doctor with about 5 years of hands-on clinical experiance, mostly focused on diabetes reversal and chronic skin disease management, and honestly these two areas kept pulling my attention again and again because patients with long-term issues often come after trying many other things. I work with Ayurvedic principles, but also keep a close eye on daily habits, diet, and routine becuase without correcting lifestyle, medicines alone dont give the kind of steady improvement we all expect. Over the last 10 years, my journey in Ayurveda was shaped under guidance of multiple respected Ayurveda gurus across India, and that period really changed how I understand disease — not just symptoms but patterns, triggers, and patient-specific responses. I was trained to observe prakriti, vikriti, digestion strength, skin response, and metabolic changes, and sometimes I still find myself double-checking small details, becuase missing them can slow down healing progress, you know My main area of work revolves around diabetes care, especially supporting patients who are trying to reverse or better manage blood sugar through Ayurveda, structured diet plans, and practical lifestyle correction. Alongside this, I also manage chronic skin diseases where long-term inflammation, digestion imbalance, and improper routines often play a big role, and in many cases progress happens slowly, step by step, not overnight!! I usually emphasize personalized lifestyle and diet management as core part of treatment, becuase every patient responds differently, and I try to make regimens that people can actually follow in real life — not just ideal ones written on paper. Sometimes adjustments take time, sometimes results show earlier than expected, and that unpredictble nature of healing keeps me alert and learning continously. Even now, I keep refining my understanding through clinical observation and patient feedback, and I feel that steady, practical Ayurveda — applied with patience and careful monitoring — makes a meaningful differnce in chronic metabolic and skin-related conditions, even when cases look complicated at first.
