I also keep watching how lifestyle and food habits affecting recovery, becuase small habits make big change over time
My approach is mostly patient centered, simple and practical, but I always feel there is more to learn , and every new case teach me something new about body balance and healing. |
Achievements: | I am continously learning through various gurukul trainings, semnars and hands on workshps, where i focus on improving my practical Ayurvedic skills and understanding of patient care. I have attend many learning sessions that help me stay updated with new ideas, and sometimes the notes get messy but learning never stops, this experiance keep my approach more real and patient centric,, and still evolving. |
I am practicing as an Ayurvedic doctor since 2 yrs now, and honestly it feel like a learning journey that just keeps moving. I started my clinical work by working under reknowned vaidyas, where I was closely involved in patient observation, treatment planning, and understanding how classical Ayurvedic principles are applied in day to day cases. That phase really shaped my base, even when things was confusing at times. I have worked in Solapur for about 5 yrs, where I handled a wide variety of patient conditions and learned to manage routine as well as complex health complaints. After that, I continued my work in Baramati for 1 yr., and later spent around 6 months in Pune, which gave me exposure to different patient populations and treatment expectations. Each place had its own challanges, and sometimes the pace was fast but it helped me grow practical judgement. At present, I am doing my post-graduation @ Nashik, and this phase is helping me deepen my clinical understanding and academic knowledge at the same time. I try to balance classical Ayurvedic learning with modern clinical thinking, even though sometimes the workload feels little overwelming, still it keeps me focused on improving patient outcomes. In my daily practice, I focus on careful case assessment, individualized treatment planning, and consistent follow-up, because small details in history taking can make a big differnce. I believe long-term patient care require patience from both doctor and patient, and that is something I keep reminding myself again n again while treating cases.
